Not only was it hard and thick, after bleaching, toning, softening the knots, and tinting, the lace was still super thick. I ordered HD THIN. The media could not be loaded. I ordered 18” frontal and loved it! Very soft when I opened from the package and the color and texture was satisfying. It’s not really thick hair but it works. I didn’t curl this hair for this install but it can be curled with no issues and you can set your curling iron to any temp. (Gave very much demureeee).
