This “clothesline” is awesome and perfect for our small laundry room. I had read the other reviews and already prepared to use different drywall anchors. When we unpacked the device it was immediately apparent why this was necessary! This device is made in Germany, where the walls in most homes are a type of plaster, not drywall. The anchors are made for that material- my husband is German and quickly recognized the issue- look closely and you will too. Save yourself the hassle and use other drywall anchors and you’ll be happy. Had this up for over a month with no issues- lots of running clothes and hangers of dress shirts fit fine. ... show more

Installation was very easy & the unit fits snuggly against the wall. Really like that it can be closed when not in use. Must be careful when expanding the unit making sure to slide it open using guides on both sides so it doesn't get stuck. The drying arms are rather close together so not easy to hang bulky items & wouldn't recommend using it for heavy items either. ... show more

I have this bath mat that I really like but I've been trying to figure out the best way to dry it out after I use it inorder to prevent mold from growing on. I've tried rolling it up, laying it over the side of the tub even draping it over the shower rod but it leaks water all over the floor so when I saw this think, I thought it would be perfect for hang up my wet mat to dry and it is perfect!! I was a little concerned about the weight of the mat especially when wet but the screws they provide make it very sturdy. I love that it protrudes out from the wall just enough to allow space behind the mat to dry. No more moldy bath mat! Yay I'm supper happy with it! ... show more

The functionality of this is exactly what we needed—plenty of drying space when we want it, folds away when we don’t. The only problem is that the supplied anchors don’t have a lip of plastic around the top to hold the anchor to the wall. They just pop right through the wall as you turn the screw, not anchoring anything. ... show more

I've had one of these for about a year installed in the laundry room, and then thought i'd move it to the yard for 'sun-dried laundry' -- and it is Awesome in the yard, so much so that i got a second one🙂 it is very light compared to just about any similar model, and also considerably more economical it also folds up neatly and compactly, doesn't look like a laundry line underneath at all, thus i sprung for two in the yard. it's withstood a number of rains so far (when folded) and is perfectly weather-resistant, and holds a full set of damp laundry with no issues.. very cool household invention👍 ... show more
