The shorts are comfortable and it has a pocket which is a plus. The color is nice and the sewing is sewn well and straight. It's good for running and exercising. I would suggest to make the pocket deeper so that it can hold more and make sure nothing falls out. I would also recommend making the inside liner a bit shorter. Mines is too long and kind of looks funny. The material is fine and does not cause any rashes or makes your skin feel itchy or irritated.

This shorts are great once you get the right size. I was going on vacation and ordered a L as recommended. The large didn’t fit so I ended up ordering an XL and XXL because I was headed to the DR and couldn’t afford to keep returning and reordering. The XXL fit the best, now all be it, I’m African American and 5’10 and about 215 pounds. But I’ve never had to wear an XXL in anything so these shorts are designed with someone else’s physique in mind and I don’t think it’s anyone with thick thighs or other ethnic physical characteristics.

The shorts are great! Minimal compression but enough to keep your phone from swinging all over. I saw a review from someone that described a body style similar to mine say they had to get XXL so that’s what I did. But XL was definitely a better fit. I weigh about 217 and I’m 5,8. Nothing bad to say about these 💪

The liner keeps the boys in when doing exercises at the gym. Pockets are good, stretches around my phone, it doesn't fall out. Other pockets should you wish to wear them to the store after a workout--keys, wallet etc.
