  • Kids love racecars, too.
My grandson loves to build cars. It's informative and easy to put together.

  • Top Tier NASCAR Fan Gift
Bought this for my wife and built it for her. Really fun build, and at my (ahem)..) forty-something year age, it was my first Technic set. Some tricky yet fun assembly steps, and the finished product with the functional steering is just so neat. I originally refused to put the decals on it, thinking it makes they made it look cheap. I was wrong. Without the decals, it looks like an unwrapped car; cool but lame. I would love to see if anyone out there has customized their builds. Thought about the possibility of painting and printing custom decals to match my driver (#23 BubDub), but I lack the artistic merit and necessary printing capabilities. Also wish they'd made this a multi-manufacturer set and included alternate front and back end bricks. Would have made for a dope Camry. ... show more

  • Great car!
Lego always lives up to its name a has great durability. The size of this is perfect for my son and he loves the easy build difficulty with great instructions and variety in the different cars available. The details on this are great and they never have any missing pieces.

  • Rad LEGO Kit! How Do You Get In & Drive?
My 15 yr old put it together in just an evening and without much trouble. Great directions as always and you can see the car coming together from the inside out, which is pretty cool to think about it that way. It’s exactly like the actual race car and even has actionable parts to view things like the engine under the hood, open up backend, etc.. Great size for displaying it amongst other collectibles, without being too big like a remote control car. Only negatives would be more from the facts of the universe: Like, why a set of LEGO Bricks change so dramatically, when just the Kit Type/Brand is really the only thing (this one vs. a mid-size ship from Stat Wars for example.) When all it is are different sets of LEGO Bricks, selected by a software program by simply inputting the CAD/Design of the original mechanical drawings and the system (smartly built) is an automated program that converts components using AI. (It’s a System/Process that is truly ideal for an AI application to want to solve over and over and just gets smarter and faster every time as it learns… Riz!!) And the other negative is that there not a AI system that I can toss in the Meta AI Visor System that’d let my son climb in this bad boy and let ‘er rip. @Meta - get on the Be a LEGO Character software please?? @LEGO – keeping this line comin’ @amazon - keep this line less expensive #LEGOonAmazonFoShizzle #MetaTheLEGOVERSE ... show more
