  • Stylish Poseable Floral LEGO Set
This set is a stunning fusion of topiary and engineering, adding elegance to my shelf without the upkeep of real blooms. The poseable flowers and foliage are like a stylish baby of topiary and engineering, bringing a unique charm to my space without any wilting or pest-related drama. Plus, the LEGO bricks ensure that maintenance is a breeze without the need for misting. Highly recommend for a touch of botanical beauty without the hassle. ... show more

  • Posh Birthday LEGO Splurge Review – Five Glorious Stars
Oh, the utter joy and unadulterated glee of an “accidental on purpose” birthday purchase! I finally did it—I bought the LEGO 10289 Creator Expert Bird of Paradise, and I regret absolutely nothing. Yes, it’s retired, darling. Practically a collector’s item. But a few precious sets remain in the wild, and I hunted one down like the botanical bounty it is. The set itself? A magnificent marvel. The flowers and foliage are fully poseable, darling—it’s like topiary met engineering and had a very stylish baby. It now graces my shelf with the elegance of a proper hothouse bloom, minus the wilting, fussing, and pest-related drama. And let’s be honest—LEGO bricks never need misting. Assembly was a deliciously meditative experience. The only danger? Becoming hopelessly addicted to building plastic flora (but frankly, I crossed that line several bouquets ago). If you’re a fellow botanical LEGO aficionado or just someone with exceptional taste and a birthday to justify your whims—snap this beauty up before it disappears forever. I did. On purpose. Sort of. Absolutely recommend! ... show more

  • Awesome plant build
Very realistic. Mad comments on this guy and all the botanical legos collection we currently have. I am very serious tho. I literally had a friend pick the poinsettia up first. Is this real will I get stuck. When I shedded full bright full room light they were like that’s all Lego. Wicked. Worth the money YES. fun to build. Well we ordered the entire collection. If that answer the question on that one. Zero missing parts. It’s LEGO. only had one missing part every 40 sets on average. I have over 500. Color. Well if ya can’t find the perfect spot. I don’t know what to say. It’s fits nicely anywhere. A window ledge. Acting like a plant getting. Sun. Tv beside it. End of a book shelf. Even place on top of the humidifier for an accent to that eye soar through winter. Durable. Well cough. This guy after I built it. I was tossing a full size nylon large soup bone for dogs. It nailed dead center. The plant flipped nailed the floor. End result. Pick up the 150 pieces of earth dots. And attach three flower blooms. That’s it. The thing ya would thought broke everywhere. Nope. It’s a solid build. Oops. ... show more

  • Favorite Botanical LEGO
This was my favorite botanical LEGO set to build!! It was definitely more expensive because it is a retired set, but highly worth it to me. I had a fun time building it and it looks beautiful on my shelf!

  • Fun to build, looks great
Really enjoyed building this. Was pretty straightforward and got a lot of enjoyment building the interior and exterior of the black pot. Flowers were also easy to build as well as the leaves. The loose two color single round legos to make the dirt was a nice touch. Seems pretty sturdy and plan to leave out in the house since I kill all plants Had to pay a premium to get this since it's no longer manufactured as far as I could tell. This was shipped from South Korea. If purchased there I'm sure it would cost more than the 99 USD so I felt my 189.50 was pretty decent for a new set. This one came from It Likes and it seems to be authentic. I even scanned the instructions and it the Lego site registered it and gave me points for my purchase. Hopefully that helps any of you still out there looking for this set. I should add it was packed well: bubble wrap with puffy pack g around that. Still, the box had minor lines, probably from other packages putting pressure on it in shipping. Was not crushed and that was most important to me. All packages were sealed and numbered with no missing pieces ... show more

  • My favorite Lego!
200 bucks for a Lego like this is kind of steep for me but honestly it easily became my fave in my collection! It is also sooo much bigger than I thought! Stunning!!

  • Not worth $200 but I wanted it!
To some it’s too expensive and it was, but I wanted it so I bought it. It looks amazing and is a great size. They only part I don’t like are the sides of the vase, they pop off if you're not careful.
