  • The Lego series has been getting better and better
Platform For Display: PlayStation 3 Edition: Standard
This was the best batman game I have played so far. I recommend this to all Lego fans! It was such a fun story mode and I loved how you could transform into various types of characters at a touch of a button. The puzzles were original and really got me trumped and challenged at certain sections of the game. The map is gigantic — I felt like there were games within the game. Graphics and colors are more rich and vibrant, and it feels like there's a lot more layers of scenery than previous Lego games. With this one going into space the possibilities were endless. Lego games rarely let me down and this one is quite fantastic. I can't wait for another Hobbit or Star Wars, or hopefully Ghostbusters! ... show more

I bought this for my 6yr old son. We play Batman Lego 1 and 2, which we love those games I personally like Batman Lego 1 the best until I played Batman Lego 3. It is by far the best of the games. The levels are so much more fun and exciting. You get Adam West and original Batman music who could resist that hehe ;) ... show more

  • Feels more like a Lego Justice League game! And that's a good thing!
Platform For Display: PlayStation 3 Edition: Standard
Who delivered this game? The Flash? Seriously this seller has the fastest shipping I have ever encountered! On to the game. I'm such a huge fan of comics but never got into the Lego Batman games since I had enough of Batman in Arkham City. Once I saw this game revolving much around the Lantern Corps, who I am a massive fan off, I said I would give this game a chance! PROS: -Great game play -Some say the puzzles are a bit challenging but I think that's something the Lego franchise needed in general! -Visuals are sharp and so is the lighting. -The character themes are awesome! Get ready for a road down nostalgia! Also the dialogue is quite witty but really entertaining. -Big roster and it will introduce characters who you never thought existed. -I was going to put the story in the con section but the game really takes you to iconic and mysterious parts of the DC Universe. CONS: Only one con. -I wished some characters had their own unique abilities since there appears to be some copy and paste move set. This continues to be a personal issue for me in the Lego franchise since all there characters have their unique set of skills and powers in the comics. Conclusion: Overall it is an enjoyable game and there is a lot of replayability behind it! I love that it feels more like a Justice league game rather than Batman. It is a must buy! ... show more

  • Pretty good
Platform For Display: PlayStation 3 Edition: Standard
Been playing with my 5-year old and it's a pretty fun game. Story is decent with light humor. As it progresses, you can play several super heroes or villains (that end up working together), each with an assortment of powers and abilities. For example: The Martian can fly around, shoot lasers from his eyes, or turn into a giant and smash things pretty quickly; The Flash is super fast and can do a spin or lightning attack; Batman and Robin each have different suits required to get past certain parts. The story is linear and not that hard, though some parts took us a few minutes of going back and forth to figure out the next step. (My 5-year old figured out some things before I could--how did he know Killer Croc could swim underwater?) In many parts there's a help button you can hit to tell you what to do next. There's variety like flying a space rocket or solving several mini puzzles (most of which are WAY easy). The enemies are a little too good where if they shoot at you, they never miss, so the best strategy (unfortunately) is just to fight them as fast as you can. The sceneries look great! The Bat Cave, the Hall of Justice, the Legion of Doom, etc were all drawn very well. One of the worst features is falling off the edge of something. As you're exploring, looking for secrets, off the edge you go! Over and over, and each time you lose money. It's far deadlier than any enemy. If you explore with a flying hero like Martian, Wonder Woman, or Super Man, usually they auto-kick in their flying ability before you fall to your death, but not always. So using all the super hero abilities is a lot of fun, but overall I still like Lego Star Wars more. ... show more

This was a gift for My son. He is 10 years old and he loved this game. He has the first 2 and was so happy to get #3. Graphics are cool, PG jabs here and there keep the story entertaining, and keeping the previously learned techniques and making the game a harder makes it a learning experience whelming him. I HAVE to play with him ( and im happy to do so) because he is an only child, and I have fun right along with him. It's a great game for its genre. ... show more

  • More dependable goodness brought to you by the good people at Lego!
Platform For Display: PlayStation 3 Edition: Standard
Batman and Legos is like ice cream mixed with peanut butter! The Lego games never dissappoint, although Batman is a bit of a grump in this one. A cool new feature is that added, you don't have to find a costume pad everytime you want to switch into a different Batman or Robin costume. Once you have found the new costume/ability suit, it stays. Also, multiple characters have costumes, not just Batman and Robin, ... show more
