Up front, this is a large, expensive device. That said, a few bottles of “magic make me young potion” costs the same; this device is totally worth it. It works! Be sure to follow the directions really well (even the box has good info) for your skin tone and you will start to see the difference in your skin. The device’s touch screen is pretty easy to use, just be sure to do it safely (start slow, wear eye protection, etc.). If you want to see good results you need to use it daily for a month or more…but it will be worth it. Personally, this beats an acid peel any day of the week. The changes to my neck and face are good enough to make my friends ask what I’m up to because they say I look younger! I even used this on a scar on my leg and it looks better. Bottom line…if you go in for any type of skin treatment or expensive unguents, you can save your cheddar, buy this machine, and treat yourself daily. This would make a great gift. Hope it works for you too!

I received the G3 LED Light Therapy Machine and have been using it regularly for a few weeks. The setup was straightforward, and I appreciate the sturdy design and the thoughtful inclusion of a long power cable and a handy carry handle. The control panel is intuitive once you get the hang of it, and the wireless connectivity is a nice touch for adjusting settings without fussing with cords. The panel’s size is generous, easily covering my whole face and even my shoulders during sessions. The combination of red, blue, and infrared light has made a noticeable difference in my skin’s appearance. I use the red and infrared settings to target fine lines, and the blue light for occasional breakouts. After a long day, I often sit in front of the panel with a book, letting the light work its magic on both my skin and my mood. The included remote is basic, only turning the device on and off, but I don’t mind walking over to adjust the settings directly. One thing to note: the panel only uses 660nm and 850nm wavelengths, which are tried-and-true for most users, but those looking for a broader range of light options might want to keep that in mind. It works very well on my skin with facial rosacea. In just 10 minutes you already feel relief. The truth is, I'm not sure what skin types it is recommended for, but it is easy to use and it works for me, the instructions are very basic. But it helped me, I suffer from rosacea, and my face looks like a tomato because it gets so red, even more so when it's hot or cold, I know how it reacts to heat because I live in Florida and my face is a burning flame every day, the blood vessels explode and my face hurts. BUT THIS DEVICE WORKS, I read that red light or phototherapy helps dilate blood vessels, this device was incredibly effective in reducing redness on my face, my cheeks and chin for redness due to rosacea. This directly helps reduce inflammation in what feels like a gentle 10-minute light bath, at least it helps me a lot. There are different types of rosacea. If you suffer from ocular rosacea, DO NOT USE DIRECTLY ON YOUR EYES. Recommended. Good quality, durable, Anyone would say that it weighs normal, it's okay. The price is good, because a light treatment would be much more expensive per session.

I have purchased, evaluated, and reviewed several red light therapy devices, so I am fairly familiar with the technology and I have learned to spot products that make vague or questionable claims, copy/paste information from the internet, etc. Unfortunately, this product falls into the "vague claims" category. The small booklet that came with the product provides some very simple instructions about how to use the product, but does not explain the technology, the uses for red, blue, and infrared light, or any other important topics. It is also pretty poorly translated and does not seem professionally written, so this all calls the quality/effectiveness of the product into question. If you are comfortable with paying a significant amount of money for a product such as this, then read on. If not, then you may want to look at alternate products. Despite the instructions that are somewhat lacking in readability and detail, the machine is fairly easy to use. As soon as you push the "power" button, it turns on immediately and defaults to 10 minutes. The "up" arrow can be used to increase that time to 20 or 30 minutes. If the machine is set to more than 10 minutes, the down arrow can be used to decrease down to as low as 10 minutes, but nothing lower than that is available. There are also M1, M2, M3, and M4 buttons that can be used to set the machine to red light, infrared light, blue light, or an auto-cycling combination of all three, respectively. In addition to these simple settings, there are also lock/unlock buttons that lock/unlock the controls of the machine so that the settings can't be changed accidentally. The manufacturing quality of the machine itself is good. It is exactly as it was pictured on the product page and nothing seems out of place, broken, etc. It is very easy to set up and use, and it does not seem to be flimsy or prone to breaking. With that said, I am still unsure as to whether or not it is effective. My results have not been noticeable. This may be due to the experimental nature of red light therapy, or due to the machine itself.
