The wheels make these so easy to push around. These were tossed around on multiple car trips, flights, and busses so far this summer and have held up well but with a few minor scratches. The color makes them really easy to spot at baggage claims. Will update if they don’t make it through the summer.

I was in a complete bind when I got this rose gold luggage kit because I had to move out of my place and didn't get enough notice. I had always wanted this kind of hard-shell luggage because I thought it was luxurious and much more resistant than fabric. My fear was that since it wouldn't budge, I wouldn't be able to fit as much stuff as I wanted. In any case, I was very surprised when the 5-piece set arrived because they actually looked gorgeous and very high quality, which, considering how good the price was, basically seemed akin to a miracle. I managed to fit all of my stuff and didn't even have to use the option to expand them, which I was very pleased to find out. This luggage is great to travel with. However, there is a caveat: if you have some kind of mobility issues, you will find that moving five suitcases while carrying a cane will become a bit of a chore, as maneuvering them all can cause you to lose balance or struggle. Having said this, I need to admit I had to live out of a bunch of hotels and hostels for about two months in the time it took me to move out of my old place and find a new home, and these suitcases still look as good as new (not even a scratch on them!), so that's an accomplishment that deserves to be noted. Finally, I had this weird idea that since these are five suitcases, they would hog a lot of space in my closet. Again, I was wrong: each of them can be stacked inside of the others, so they will only occupy the space of the biggest one. If you want to place them in the top of your closet, I recommend using a stepladder, because trying to lift the largest one or the stacked bunch without one is quite a workout.

This set is great. It survived a trip to the philippines where I stayed for 3 weeks. I traveled from Chicago to LA on American Airlines. Then LA to Manila on Philippines Airlines. The wheels are surprisingly buttery smooth and the pink matching set is beautiful. My fam kept saying how visually nice it was, along with the sturdyness since it survived 2 flights being fully packed (2 luggages with max 50lbs check in) Downside. Unfortunately one of the larger luggages did not survive the return trip. I took EVA Airways back with a stop over in Taipei. The wheel on one luggage was completely gone. (See "Second Use" luggage image). This wasnt just a lone issue. A 10 year old regularly used samsonite we packed also had a missing wheel. DOWNSIDES: Unfortunately this would have been a 5 star if it werent for 2 things. 1. The locks are bot TSA approved. This is easily fixed by buying locks to use instead, but is still disappointing to find out. 2. A wheel breaking. This is less of a downside since the ole reliable samsonite luggage also broke. This tells me its more EVA Airways and/or Ohare handling issue. In all, this set is well worth the money. I will 100% buy it again to replace the broken large luggage. Also, the smallest roller is cute and held up great. It got regular use during my trip as I hotel hopped and island hopped. I'm able to fit 4 days worth if clothes in it. 5 days if I really push its limit. Just watch out for the large luggage if you're traveling back into OHare or using EVA Airways. Pack the check in luggages a bit lighter than the max weight limit.

The photo doesn’t do it justice. Color is both deep and bright. If you like a nice deep purple without being eggplant, this is the color. Purple lovers will know what I mean.

Si tienes algún viaje planeado te recomiendo este set de maletas, yo lo compre por que se veía super cómoda en la foto, y no falle es super comoda y se ve super elegante su cubierta de afuera es resistente dura, y tras de eso es de 4 ruedas que te gira para todos lados, son grandes y recojida, me llego entre 2 semanas no se tardo nada, y me llego bien empaquetado. Te lo recomiendo para viajes familiares.

I returned these the day I opened the package. The color and style looked beautiful, so that was a good thing. The zipper seams were not straight, could tell they would separate easily. The wheels and wheel mechanisms are made of plastic, and didn't seem like a sturdy plastic at that. The shell of the case seemed very flimsy as well, I can't see these holding up at all. I don't fly, but if you are looking at these to take on an airplane, I would look elsewhere. If I didn't think they would hold up to my piddley weekend trips in the car, there is no way they would withstand airline baggage handling. The 3-4 smaller sized cases did not have handles on the wide side of the case either, I am short, if I carried them from the shorter end, they would have drug on the ground, and I definitely didn't trust the wheels to work all the time or not break. The return was relatively easy & quick, so that made me happy.
