The band connects easily and locks well to the fitbit. The band is well made and has sufficient holes to allow adjustment to the wrist. It has two closure straps to keep the excess end of the strap snugly and out of the way. Finally it looks much better than the original rubber material of the band thst came with the Charge 6 Fitbit. I have tried and returned many bands and this band is perfect - it never comes detached like almost every other band out there. I don't have a large wrist so if you do, this band won't fit you. Unlike other ones that say they are genuine leather but aren't, this one is made from actual soft leather.

The biggest issue with the Fitbit Charge 5 and 6 is that they changed the connectors for the wristband somehow, making them weaker. This leads to many bands randomly popping off and can mean losing your watch. Like many people, I'm allergic to the band that the Fitbit comes with. It's cute, but it gives me a horrible rash. It's been so hard to find a substitute band that will reliably connect. My watch was falling off constantly. I bought a fancy leather band- no dice. My watch actually sat on my desk for a few months because of this problem. I ordered this and then waited through a week of wear to write this review. It's a tad stiff initially, but it softens up a bit with wear. Most importantly, the connectors work really, really well with the Fitbit Charge 6. It has not popped off even once. Someone else mentioned that the loop the excess strap tucks into is closed with only two stitches amd they suspect that might wear out first. I see that, and it might. But, to me, this is a common issue and worth the risk as the band keeps my watch on my wrist where I need it to be. Love it and would repurchase. Edit- It's been well over a month now, and it is fabulous. Very, very pleased. I wear this 24/7 and it has never become disconnected. The leather has softened nicely. It looks nice and works even better....Love it!

The Leather Watch Bands Compatible with Fitbit Charge 6/Charge 5,Genuine Leather Replacement Straps for Charge 6/Charge 5 for Women Men fits my FitBit Charge 5 perfectly. Both side snap into place and are secure. The band itself is soft and comfortable. I like that the stitching is black because then the watch doesn’t really stand out. My only complaint about this band is that the little strap that is there to hold the extra length of the band is held together with two tiny stitches. This is always the first thing that breaks on these kinds of bands, so I’d love to find one that is more secure. It seems to be a common theme, so I would recommend.
