When I received this bag the back corners were caved in. After I added my things to it the front corners did the same. However the back corners were even worse. I even tried using a hairdryer to get the corners ro come out but that did not work. The bag overall is a nice looking bag until you receive it and want to use it. I bought this based on all the good reviews but this should have been packaged better no paper inside of it it arrived flat so I think that may have been part of the problem not sure. I would not purchase this again.
