My 3 year old is still pretty rough on his toys, so if this outfit can withstand him, it'll probably withstand whatever your little person can throw at it. It's a little big for him at 3 years old, but I just rolled up the sleeves a bit and I anticipate him growing out of it before damaging it. The nametag you can personalize is a great touch. My son loved showing off his doctor outfit to his pediatrician and giving her a pretend checkup when recieving his. Quality of the material is great!! Son is 6yrs old and about 68pounds, height is 4’3, fit was on point. Stethoscope work perfectly. I do believe if your child is 7yrs old and “thin/Slim built” the Doctor coat will definitely fit. Definitely recommend and well worth the money! Material seems to be of decent quality for the price. The stethoscope it came with is actually cute, you can hear with it and is long enough for my 3 yr old son. I purchased a doctor kit from another vendor and that stethoscope was too short and also lacked a doctor's coat.

Cute for the little doctor in the house. The coat is well made, but the stethoscope keeps falling out of our three year old's ears. I'm sure she will grow into them by the time she's four. The coat is a bit large on her too, but that's remedied by rolling up the sleeves. This set would be perfect for a 4 year old. My daughter is absolutely in LOVE with her doctor jacket and stethoscope. She won’t take it off- it’s decent quality, nice and thick- and with the sleeves rolled, my 3yr old can wear it for quite a while as she grows. Such a cute purchase- I should have bought it sooner!

Bought as a gift for my great grand daughter who just turned 4 years old. She squealed with delight when she opened the gift and immediately took her shirt off and put this on. We tried to explain that she was supposed to wear her regular shirt under it, but she was having none of that. We did have to roll the sleeves, and we put a little safety pin at the top because it was "showing her personal space", but that's ok - that just means she wont outgrow it next week. The stethoscope is kind of useless - it doesnt do anything, but the one that came in her "doctor kit" did, so we just threw the one away that came with this coat. ... show more
