This umbrella was perfect for the California storm that just happened. It was great for me being protective. The umbrella is pretty well built. With the huge rain that came, this is definitely a good thing to have. I am not a fan of the hot sun or the heavy rain so this works out great for best coverage. The umbrella actually stood pretty sturdy when I was walking through the rain. It has a very good coverage for such a small umbrella. It was pretty wind resistant and it holds up. Short of a tornado, it did not flip inside out from from sheer wind force of the storm. Even with the heavy wind and rain in the bay area, this umbrellas held up pretty well. It does have enough room for max of two people and will cover the person however depending on the angle it will not cover your backpack. I tried walking around with this with my backpack on and the backpack still got a bit wet but I stayed bone dry which is nice. I really like the reflective edges for night time. It is pretty easy to see the umbrella when you are walking. Cars and bikers have an easier time seeing you even through the stormy weather nights. The switch is nice to have to collapse the umbrella. I am very happy with that. I do not have to close the umbrella down when my other hand is carrying my bag or books. It does not happen to splash water when it closes but careful when you reopen it. The button is not super sensitive so you do not have to worry about it snapping open. This is great because you will not be walking and all of a sudden the umbrella closes or opens on you. The water runs right off the umbrella and it does not take super long to dry which is nice. What is nice is that I am able to brush off most of the water making drying a lot easier. It does also come with a cover when it is being stored so you can keep it looking neat and organized. Overall I think this umbrella is great to have for sunny or rainy weather. I love the width of this umbrella and the fact that it has the inverted open/close design. My only problems I have with this umbrella is 1) I have to press the button multiple times to get it to close, like 3-5 times before it finally closes 2) it doesn’t seem to be very “windproof” when the wind really picks up in heavy, pouring down rain! Despite the thickness and heaviness of the handle, you can still feel the umbrella being swayed from side to side and trying to lift up. Maybe I just got a defective one, but It’s a decent umbrella outside of those issues. ... show more

The best thing about this umbrella is hands down the reverse folding! When I was buying it was I was kinda skeptical but man it works great. Just jerk it a couple of times and then fold it and I could even keep it wet on my car seat without the seat actually getting wet. Moreover, I didn't know this when I bought it, but it also comes with a cover, so if you put that on the umbrella it gets a like a nice bag. Also, love the wooden handle and the lining on the material. It's big enough for me with my backpack on and not get wet in hard rain. Absolutely love this umbrella! So happy that it finally rained this week so that I could use it! This umbrella is very easy to open and close. Two people could easily fit under it as well! I love how the handle fits in my hand. It’s not heavy at well. Very easy to manage. Highly recommend.

The umbrella is big 2 people fit easily and has a huge coverage so protects you from heavy rainfall as well! I just love it how big it is. The handle is heavy so but easy to open and close and comes in with a bag so can fit in properly too!
