As background, this product was previously under the name "screwpull" and was apparently purchased by Le Creuset in recent years. I owned a similar model and used for years at home, wine tastings, etc. Lots of use, and very quality product that finally reached the end of its natural life span. Much easier to use than a standard wine pull, but thinner metal as part of the pull action, so you don't end up needing to yank out the cork, versus just turning. This model broke after a month. May have been a single defective unit, but I find it hard to stay with this company again. Will be looking for other options. ... show more
