The media could not be loaded. Yeah this thing is nuts. Portable too. Cheap body construction though and the Up/Down knobs are VERY stiff! This thing takes photos and videos too! Wow!

Ready to go right out the box after you charge it for a little bit for the price there's no comparison very simple to use the only thing that I don't like is the size of the screen but I'm definitely not complaining about it for the price I absolutely love it!!!

    • Hard to find uses for it.
It took a while to really think of practical uses for this portable 50X to 1000X magnification unit. The $40 dollar price is half of what it was before so that's a plus. The build quality is decent it has a 1750Amh rechargeable battery that provides up to 2 hours of power. It has a 4.3" screen with 1080P clarity, 8 LED lights, 32g SD card, USB computer connection, photo's and videos can be recorded. I found that looking at the fix screen annoying, I had to make a small cardboard screen to shield the light coming from the LEDS. Took pictures of coins and stamps I wanted to sell online which made things a lot easier and for both party's. ... show more

The almost 4 year old is obsessed. It's quite light and feels somewhat like a toy but it's not. You don't get this good of an image with a toy. Operation is straightforward - the almost 4 year old needs very little assistance and this fosters his curiosity - what's not to love.

I am so impressed with this machine. A few years ago we got a manual microscope that is more traditional and bulky. Although it does a great job, this is the one that is more practical for my needs. I have a 7 year old and like most kids is really curious about many different subjects. This fascinated him and having different items display on the screen made it so much easier and faster to inspect which is very important with what can be a fleeting attention span. We were able to look at leaves, a dollar bill, coins, and some of his drawings (the texture of the paper can help explain how ink or pencil is transferred onto it) Very cool and highly recommend especially if you have a beginners interest or young children. ... show more

The LCD Microscope and Camera Display allows me to maximize the visibility of an object that I normally would never be able to see. The display screen is just the right size for me that allows me to have a clearer view in real time. If you still have trouble seeing, The product allows you to run a micro USB cable from the microscope device to your computer, and if you have large external monitors, the objecting being viewed will be magnified at an i incredible size, while still maintaining a crisp picture quality , allowing you to view the smallest details on the given object. The microscope allows you take photos and recording of the object being viewed which is awesome, as you can later reference back to an earlier point for additional information. The picture and video quality is really good, and produces the necessary resolution to prevent me from straining my eyes and giving me a headache. The device is also portable, and with a full charge, the microscope will give you a solid 2 hours of operation on the device. I really like this product, as it enhances and magnifies all the small items and objects that I would never be able to see. The Microscope has built in LED''s that produces a bright white, clean, and crispy viewing pane. Now, here is where I knocked off a star, and I hope that an upgrade in a future product will resolve this issue; The lights are only activated while in full portable mode and once you insert any cable, where for charging, or to use the PC Display, the feature is long gone and does not exist. I really wish that there was a button that can activated and deactivate as needed. I don't really understand the counterintuitive choice to have a feature that uses more power consumption while strictly running off the battery, versus having the feature integrated with an active power source. Other than that, It is a solid product and definitely useful for many different situations. The product itself has a pretty sturdy structure and it feels durable enough where I don't have to worry about breaking it with the slightest bump.
