I searched high and low for the perfect chartreuse color curtains- these are the perfect shade of green with yellow undertones. Think 70% lime + 30% yellow. The velvet makes them look expensive and regal. I did get longer panels and raise mine several inches above my window, so they’re only a few inches from the ceiling and slightly pool at the bottom- this likely helps the “blackout” effect, but they block the light really well! I still wake up to my dark, cold cave of a room with very little light seeping through, and honestly, they block light better than the way more expensive “blackout” curtains I replaced with these. The backside is gray, but this has been a non-issue for me, as you can’t see it unless you’re actively adjusting the curtains. Super stunning, good quality and thickness, and I LOVE that they’re oeko-tex certified. Highly recommend!! ... show more

I took a risk in purchasing these as I was attempting to match my wall color (Sherwin Williams Hearts of Palm). Luckily, it paid off and these match really well! They are quality curtains that are true to the picture in the listing in terms of color. They're velvet, so they do a good job of blocking light when closed and help to absorb / block noise coming from outside a bit too. I am impressed with the quality of these. ... show more

Beautiful and velvety but with the white curtains the room is still bright . They have a thin liner but it doesn't filter -if you have heavy sun areas like we do on our front windows. I am using somewhere though lol because they are made well and look so nice . They function as intended in every other way . They have pocket and tab top . I am not sure they will be the best for heat or cold retaining / blocking as of yet since i have them down and folded at the moment . They seem to block most movement and shadows silhouettes for privacy ... show more

These curtains are medium weight, feel and look like wayyy pricier brands! Great value for the price. They are not black out- as the title describes they are light Filtering. Love them!
