Yes they seem stupid. Yes they look stupid. But they work and my neck has thanked me again and again. They are a bit front heavy so may be uncomfortable if you have a small head. You may need one of those glasses straps for the back. But they are crystal clear and do the job well.

    • Convenient for book lovers
So I had HIGH hopes for these and they are pretty great. Only issues I have are they get a little heavy(I have to wear on top of my glasses to see) and so they hurt the bridge of my nose if I wear them too long. I also have to take frequent breaks from reading bc I get dizzy if I read through them for too long. Overall, they do what is intended and is a great purchase. I purchased these Valuu Lazy Prism Glasses a few days ago and they immediately became a game-changer as I love to read a book or use my tablet while lying flat on the bed. As someone who often struggled with neck strain from propping up my head with pillows, these glasses have been a true godsend and I wish I found them before! They allow me to comfortably read or watch TV without any neck pain. The design is quite functional, and they fit over my regular glasses too which is a huge plus. The way they redirect your line of sight downwards while you're looking straight ahead is kind of ingenious, and this innovative design allows me to indulge in long reading sessions or binge-watch my favorite shows without any discomfort. It's worth mentioning however that these is a space between the two eye mirrors - somewhat akin to having a telephone pole in the middle of a scenic view. While this doesn't completely obstruct my vision, it does require a bit of adjustment, and each time I moved to a new line I found myself needing to slightly readjust my focus around the blocked part, which was a bit of a strain on the eyes initially. Additionally, I noticed that after wearing them for about five minutes, they began to feel somewhat heavy on my nose. This isn't a deal-breaker anyway, but it's something to be aware of if you plan on using them for extended periods. All in all I think they are a fantastic investment, and while the slight visual obstruction and weight could be somewhat of a drawback, they don't overshadow the overall usefulness and comfort that they provide. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy their leisure time in bed with absolute comfort and convenience! UPDATE 12/27/2023: the glasses cracked in the middle after 2 weeks of use, with me doing nothing that putting them on or taking them off. I hope they don't break completely. Now I see how cheaply they are made, that's why I don't recommend them anymore and I give only 2 stars. ... show more

    • Silly as hell and hilarious
I ordered these glasses while drunk one night. My plan was to randomly throw them on while my girlfriend wasn't looking and just casually watch tv next to her. The joke went off exactly as planned and after laughing for a while she had to try them on herself. I could not stop laughing at how ridiculous one looks wearing these; Best money I've spent in a while! The glasses now sit on my bedside table and I bust them out every now and then for a laugh or to try and read a book. They're a little heavy but not terrible. Definitely couldn't wear my prescription glasses under them. I have two tips: 1. If you have a reading light that attaches to your books, attach it to the glasses and you'll look like and angler fish. 2. No matter what you do, or how short of a walk you think it will be, do not, for any reason, walk with these glasses. At worst, you will fall and hurt yourself.     • I can see without pain
I have severe neck pain on some days I can't look down because of it. I bought these to go play Bingo. Well I forget to grab them on my bingo nights and I always wish I could remember to pick them up on my way out. I do Wear them in bed to watch TV as I'm laying down and I also use them while reading and playing games on my tablet. Honestly I think I see better with them on over my glasses than without them on. Very helpful for preventing neck pain when i’m crocheting. I’m able to wear them for extended periods with little issue. My only complaint is that they do tend to leave marks on your nose, which can bruise, but that could likely be remedied with some sort of padding.
