I ordered a 4 hybrid, 56, and 60 degree wedges. They all came quickly and in proper condition. They do a good job packing them and protecting the finish. Quality: With a month of hitting in these clubs I can say that for the money they are hitting way above their price point. The club feels forged as they claim it is. I have cast irons (replacing for forged soon) and can tell that the wedges feel so much better on contact and similar to other forged clubs my friends have let me swing before. The shafts seem like decent quality. The grips feel durable and didn’t seem to get slippery when my sweat from my non gloves hand got on it. Solid 8 for build quality. Performance: I have very limited experience with proper wedges of these lofts. Previously I had been using a pitching wedge and sometimes a 9 iron for all of my bull and run shots. Both of these wedges have given me more confidence around the greens and have good feedback. I also was able to work on flip shots with the 60 degree for the first time by opening up the club face. Placing high shots that land and stick on the green with back spin feels so satisfying. Until now I couldn’t really achieve that within 30 yards of the pin. The milled face offers good backspin control and even if you miss hit off the toe the milled surface still grips it. Another 8 here. Durability: So here’s where things get iffy. I have two range sessions on these clubs. After two sessions the black coating on the wedges are coming off pretty easily from the impact of the club taking a divot. Not the end of the world but I would expect the coating to last alittle longer. At the end of my second range session and right before my first round with the new clubs I go to hit a simple 65 yard shot with the 60 degree and the shaft snaps inside of the grip. Maybe this is my fault for ordering a regular shaft when I know I have high club head speeds. I’m only a month in to these clubs and broke one. So far durability gets a 7. Customer service: Here is where they are the best. I reached out to the company about redeeming the 1 year warranty on the broken wedge. I explained how it broke and they asked for my address and what I needed replaced. They put in the order and shipped me a new club 2 night air shipping. They didn’t ask for order confirmation, pictures, or anything else. They just sent me a new club. This is a no brained 10 here. Overall these clubs are well worth testing out. The wedges will get you into the wedge game and help you figure out what you’re capable of. They give you a close enough feel to a top tier club that’s 3 times the price. You could easily uses these to learn on for years and then later when your game desperately needs the next step of fine tuning get a set of customized wedges. I had a mismatched set of wedges (Vokey 60, TaylorMade 56, NoName 52) and basically no consistency out of the 56 and 52. Bought these last week and I immediately noticed how high these thing launch. Because of that, they landed softer. I'm an older player (50yo) and don't have as much pop as 30 years ago, so I don't get much spin anymore, regardless of equipment. But, because of the higher loft and softer landing, I noticed i was 5-10 yards shorter than my old wedges. However, that's a good thing, I just need to learn to club up. Looking forward to playing them again this week. By the way, these things shoot dead straight. I think it's because of the balancing and weight. I just feel more confident with these in hand. I like the appearance of quality in the clubs they look almost like the Taylor Made clubs I was considering but I had to give them a chance because I got 3 clubs for the price of 1 . 60 , 56 , 52 degree wedges . I have not played with them yet but if looks are anything they should be good . I did try the Taylor Made and liked them and I can’t believe these will not play as well just from appearance of the 2 alone . If they don’t play as expected I will update but even so they will return them no questions asked. You can’t beat that! ... show more

Purchased these wedges as a replacement for my old worn out Adams wedges. The price made me skeptical, but I trusted the reviews and bought them. Package arrived on time and the clubs were very well packages to prevent damage. Everything was in good shape. I've played a few rounds with these and they are legitimately good. The bite and spin I get off the face adds a level of control that I've never had before. I can attack the pin knowing the ball will check up and sit. The craftsmanship seems good and the performance is definitely there. I've read some reviews complaining about the grips. They're okay but they do seem a bit thin and cheap. I will probably replace them this winter. Overall these are decent little wedges for a beginner or intermediate golfer. You can't beat the price. I recommend these wedges. ... show more

I was very skeptical of these clubs due to the price. I have never owned gap wedges and have often struggled from 100 yards in. These clubs have definitely changed my short game. I now look forward to a 75 yard shot. Great feel and accuracy. I couldn't recommend them more!

Three wedge set for $117. Really can’t go wrong here. Solid heads. Very nice grooves and milled face. Weight seems fine. Have them for a day so haven’t been to the course yet but they are as good as any on short pitch shots in the yard. I expect them to spin very well on full shots. Shafts are unbranded and maybe a little soft for a wedge but perfectly fine. People complaining about the grips - I don't get it. They are basically Lazrus branded golf pride tour velvet knockoffs. About the same as most manufacturer stock grips. Assembly looks good. Haven’t checked loft / lie but they look about the same as my other 52/56/60. Be aware that are all the same length if that matters to you. You could buy these, reshaft and regrip with whatever you play and still come out ahead of retail for three brand names. Or just play them as is. They are good. I doubt any tour players are buying these. Highly unlikely your bad shots are because of this wedge. Like most of us, it’s your swing. ... show more

With my hcp 7.6 I believe i'm a above average golfer. My old wedges needed replacement (€ 180,- a piece). Having read the reviews on the Lazrus wedges I thought lets give them a shot. Very happy I did it. Love the looks out of the box. I played three rounds the way they came with standard grips and did okay. I changed the grips because I always play midsize (maybe a good option to ad); after the change I really love the wedges. They give check, for me have good separation and damn I broke 80 today since a long time! With all the repairs my game needed today the wedges sure have a huge contribution in this. ... show more
