By mistake, I ordered a child's size chain for a necklace. It wouldn't even fit around my neck. I sent a message to the DayofShe company explaining the problem I have. They got back to me and let me know that they would send me a 2" extension for my necklace to make it 16" and not charge me for postage. A week later, it came in the mail. Great customer service!
