It's made up of some pretty thin material. Not sure how well it will stand up to the elements, especially the sun. It does fit a Husqvarna riding mower (YTH22V46) seat. The pockets are nice, but you have to get off the mower to get anything out of the pockets. It does have a cinch strap across the mid-section, but unless you sit straight down, it does shift some. Comfort is okay. I can't speak for rip resistance, durability or quality... time will only tell. The value may be on the high side unless it proves to last a while.

I didn’t expect much from this to be honest, its a seat cover... but I am happy to be surprised, it is perfect for my needs. It fits my cub cadet like a glove, both the height of the back of the seat and the seat itself are perfectly covered. The back slides over very easily and the seat is like a fitted sheet, so it just pulls over and the elasticated edge fits snug. There is a half belt at the back so you can pull it tight if needed, I found it helpful. It says it is waterproof and there is a small properly finished slit in the bottom back of the seat – I assume for run off. If this is what it is for then I don’t much like that feature, I would not want the wet to then be standing on the seat underneath. I don’t leave my tractor out in the rain though so for me, it’s not a problem, but I can see that might be an issue for some. The BEST feature in this for me is the back of the cover, it has two mesh pockets, one solid and a zippered section and I am finding that a game changer! I usually mow with wireless headphones on and they are either linked to my phone or my ipod (yep still use one of those) and I usually have to put them in a bag with a spare battery pack and hang them off of the choke and they forever knock against my knees and the bag usually ends up with a ton of dirt dust and bits of grass in it. These pockets are not very thick so really are just for slimline storage things. I put my phone in the zippered section, my ipod and flat charger in the left mesh and some poop bags in the right mesh. I was all set! Today it is almost 90F out and I mowed for 4 hours, the seat was comfortable and did it did not get uncomfortably hot, but a bit more padding would not go a miss. Happy to recommend.

This mower cover barely fits the replacement seat I got on Amazon for my John Deere 425 mower. I really had to stretch the material to get it around the seat, and as I did, some of the coating from the back of the fabric started flaking off. It has 3 pockets on the back of it that are large enough to hold a water bottle, tools, sunscreen, or whatever else you might need on a mower, which I think is handy. For the price, it's a good seat cover, if it would actually fit.

This installed surprisingly easy though I kind of wish it had instructions. I guess technically you don't really need them but anyways. It has little storage pouches on the back and a zippered on as well. I don't know exactly what I'll be using them for but I'm sure I'll figure something out(guess like if I find something in the lawn and I don't want it falling off before I can get it back over to the house). The cover is also made of a fairly thick material. I got it from my john deere because the seat is just falling apart even though I have it under a cover out of the sun. It came vacuum packed in a box and has a little strap on it when you are putting it on your old seat. You have to pull the straight under it and click it to the other side. That makes it where it won't come off when your jiggling around in the seat a bit. So far it's holding up and it's going to get some nice use this summer when I'm using it in 100+ degree sun for the next 3/4 months. I would also like to point out it is indeed hydrophobic(water proof). I think it's worth the money and I'll try to remember to update in 3/4 months to say how the quality is holding up. I think I'll just be glad that if water gets through my tarp this time I can just tilt the seat forward and the water falls off thus my bottom stays dry.

After years of mowing, my Craftsman seat looked like it had been through a war—cracks, rips, and enough duct tape to patch a boat. I finally gave in and grabbed this cover, and let me tell you—it’s a game changer. Fit like a glove, no wrestling required. Slipped it on, tightened it up, and boom—my mower looked ten years younger. The material feels tough enough to handle sun, rain, and the occasional spilled coffee. It also adds a bit of cushion, which my lower back appreciates more than I’d like to admit. If your seat’s seen better days, don’t bother with tape or temporary fixes. This cover is the real deal—easy to use, looks sharp, and makes mowing a little more comfortable. Should’ve done this a year ago.

Good sized seat cover with plenty of grippy backing to stay put once it is installed. It looks really nice and can easily cover over even the worst of lawn mower seats. Has a buckle along with the elastic band to help keep it in place. The fabric which seems to be water resistant, has a decent feel to it especially where one would touch the seat while mowing which is good if wearing shorts. When installing, be sure to cut away any old peeling vinyl that has pulled away and curled up from your seat to give your cover the best look. As an upholsterer, it is always better to have double stitching on anything sewn, this is single stitch in most areas. Shipping speed was slow on this one. We ordered it to clean up a riding lawn mower that we were selling and didn’t come in time. I will be gifting this to my dad’s lawn mower. Will update with photos.

This is a good fit for my worn-out Craftsman mower seat. It is about as comfortable as a seat cover can be and now I don't have to sit on my torn seat. Pretty easy to put on the existing seat and it looks better than the old worn seat without the cover. Way cheaper than replacing the entire seat and should give my old seat a few more years of life before I need to breakdown and buy a new seat (or mower). Overall a good value and glad I have it for my mower.
