I have a size 5 foot women’s. The straps were too long. I kept stepping on the hanging straps. The fasteners are threaded not clipped so they came loose when I tried to walk. There is no support to keep heel in place. There needs to be a back strap for stability in my opinion. I ended up trying to tie the long straps so I didn’t trip myself. Buyer has to install spikes and straps. It did not say that when I was ordering or I missed it but I don’t think so. I struggled to use these and his feet are men’s size 13 so larger than the platform. These did not work for us. Suggest looking at other options. These are not easy to walk in based on my experience. Photo shows how I had to tie the long straps to keep from stepping on them. Not functional for me.

UPDATE!! THE COMPANY HAS APOLOGIZED AND GIVEN A FULL REFUND, ALSO PROMISED TO REVIEW THEIR PRODUCT....These SUCK!! straps WILL NOT stay tight!!! Keeps falling off of the shoes while walking. Very poor strap design. HOWEVER I did find a good use for them by screwing them to the bottom of a wooden pallet and dragging that across the yard with my riding mower.

The quality looks very good and sturdy. The straps feel secure and the spikes seem strong. I haven’t used them yet, but they should be very useful in the spring for lawn aeration. Looking forward to trying them out!

worse, they didn't bother to round off the end of the straps, which makes re-strapping very difficult, especially when you are wearing spikes! Note: Try to do it when the ground is dry. Doing it in wet ground will just have mud stick on it, and will not be able to punch any holes after a couple of steps.

straps were not good at all and of really poor quality - they tore before finishing the first use - Actual shoe and spike were awesome - which made me wonder why shortcut on the straps? almost returned them but decided to use my own Velcro straps

Used it once and it actually works pretty well. Super easy to put on and the straps hold tight while walking. You can feel it aerating the lawn, pretty good for the price if you just want to take care of your lawn yourself.
