when i first looked thru this book, i felt very overwhelmed. H O W E V E R - as i went along everything started to fall into place a bit effortlessly. so, when Frederick emailed and asked me to write a product review, i felt ready to provide it. ******** this planner is very different from others I have attempted to use in the past ******** FIRST: if you use Pilot FriXion Erasable Gel Pens, you can RE-USE this planner over and over again!! (follow instructions for pens to accomplish erasure) SECOND: this planner actually guides me, step-by-step, through setting goals for myself - not "pie in the sky" type of goals. Realistic ones. Some even may seem "non" realistic, but hey, this is a MANIFESTATION tool. this is the first time i've felt myself say "oh, heck, why not write that thought down?" no other planner has made me feel this way. THIRD: the person who created this planner (Frederick) had actually sent me a 100% free download of "how to use affirmations and get them to work for me" - BEFORE i even decided to buy the planner! ok, you may say "that's just bait to get you to buy the planner" - go ahead and think that if you really want to, but i was not under ANY obligation to buy the planner and those affirmations had already started helping me! FOURTH: yes, i am quite familiar with personalized emails (I have worked in marketing for over 20 years) - but Frederick's are different. I got a "thank you very much" email. then a "would you please write a product review" email - which i went into Amazon to do and thought i had, but actually had submitted a "packaging feedback" review - then, after i submitted the packaging feedback review i got ANOTHER email thanking me for the packaging review and again asking for a PRODUCT review. which is what i am doing right now. i have gotten these requests in the past, and many have annoyed me so much i deleted the emails and did NOT leave the review - this one, however, is way different. it's polite. it's kind. and it's appreciatory! right there and then, i was hooked. in this digital age of limited personal contact, this virtual support is very much appreciated. i get to watch free videos on their website - which really are free, not just teasers begging for me to buy stuff - that support the planner and answer questions i may not have thought to ask. i want to mention here that this "planner" is NOT just a "date book" - it is WAY more than that! the first printed page contains a quote from Gandhi. on the back of that page is the website to get free videos and tools to help use this planner. next is not your typical "if found, please return to" page - it asks you to delve into yourself with statements such as "my life's vision statement", "my mission statement", and THEN a grid to put the "this planner belongs to" information. flip that page and you are treated to the "Law of Attraction Roadmap" illustration - a 2-page layout, which literally lays out the journey step-by-step in a single easy to refer to roadmap. turn that page, and you see "questions to empower your day" and "evening power questions" - which truly make me focus within myself, and make me accountable for my own day. keep opening up that same page (it is folded back onto itself) and you come to a color-coded chart of "emotional vibration", a 4-picture reminder of the daily process, and "action steps to feel better & increase your emotional vibration", which includes a list "for all energy levels" of "self care", "giving back", and "entertainment" options. next are 2.5 pages of "why i created this planner for you", and 1/2 page of "how to prepare yourself for this life changing journey". acknowledgements, resources & bonus gifts, and follow us links. awareness and self-discovery. mission and vision statement. define and craft your vision statement. define and craft your mission statement. goal setting. create harmony on all levels. what you want to achieve in one year. celebrate success & reward yourself for progress. get rid of blocks & distractions. the next section is a 3-page double-sided foldout that outlines "my journey". create your life statement strategy: skills/habits/people create a new supportive story chunk bigger goals into smaller goals make a mind map for your daily action after all of those pages, you FINALLY get to the actual "date book" part: THIS MONTH'S GOALS - 2-page spread: feel good intention skills/habits to learn desired goals this month action steps to take THIS WEEK'S GOAL - 2-page spread: (5 weeks worth, just in case) this week's priority personal to-do list positive habit maker REFLECT ON YOUR MONTH - 2- page spread IDEAS/NOTES - 2-page spread after an entire YEAR of these pages you come to "HOW TO USE THIS PLANNER" - which is 10-pages long. TIPS ON BETTER MANIFESTING - 2-page spread 12-pages of micro-dot pages to do with as you please (excellent space for doodling your thoughts out onto paper). 10-pages of completely blank pages. the back cover has an expanding envelope to keep things in, plus the elastic band to hold the planner shut. the planner has 2 ribbons for place holding as needed. I am being totally honest here when I say that I have bought planners in the past, and they have ended up in my "good intentions" pile - never to see the light of day ever again. THIS PLANNER IS ON MY DESK EVERY DAY, AND I AM WRITING IN IT!! If there ever was a planner to get me out of the RUT i am in right now, this one is IT. I have bought 2 planners before this over the course the past few years the first time was great loved it bought a second last year, the dates were mostly ok but there were about 4 months I didn’t have any dates because it was off and this time I was hoping for better based on others reviews that they had the updated stickers and sadly mine were all outdated making them unusable. Hoping contacting the company for some updated ones will help. ... show more

I am completely in LOVE with my planner and cant wait to use it! I’m buying special pens just for it! The only reason I gave it four stars is because the book still has 2021-2022 calendar stickers. I got this planner in today and was impressed by the packaging, this would have easily been a great gift. Upon opening the planner, I did notice that all of the month stickers were outdated, there are none for 2023 or onward. Not sure what that's about but I was kinda sad about that part. Otherwise, it looks like it will be a very interesting journal. It's a little overwhelming to look at all the pages full of activities to do, but if I can get past that initial overwhelm I think this will be a very exciting journal. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I just opened this as it’s my first day of school and it’s definitely extensive and highly detailed. The layout is beautiful, the pages are thick as is the front cover, and there is an array of provided stickers useful for planning. The hourly schedule starts at 5am and has room to write until 10pm which works with the hours that I’m awake. I haven’t analyzed every page yet, but from what I’ve perused there’s definitely more than just daily planning to do within this journal, which is something that definitely sets it apart from its competitors. I bought the Law of Attraction undated planner in Rose-very attractive and substantial, with 284 pages. It has every topic I could want, as a Law of Attraction instructor. One thing missing is current-year monthly calendar stickers-some I received are two years old and one year old, and of no use. I've contacted the company support and am waiting to hear. Wonderful, overnight delivery service from Amazon, along with some iBayam fineliner markers to go with it, so I'm ready to set myself up. ... show more
