This rug looks and feels great - but DO NOT BUY. It came with 2 rugs. When I washed the first one all the white features turned a faded red color. So I threw that one out. The 2nd one - someone simply stepped out of the shower onto it and water from their feet made the red color bleed onto the white so it's completely ruined. I threw the 1st one away so now I cannot return the set but do not waste your money. I'm not sure what kind of dye (or dye processed) was used but it will not stay on the rug. Make sure to NOT wash this rug with anything else or those pieces will turn red as well. So disappointed. ... show more

I wish I would have paid attention to the reviews before I bought these! I liked them at first but then noticed after a couple of days that they were not comfortable to stand on with bare feet. Right away I noticed little white pieces all over the navy part and had to keep picking them off with my fingers. After 2 weeks I decided to wash them and yes, I used cold water but they came out horrible. Not only did the blue fade terribly onto the white, they now have tons of little pieces from the white (now light blue) part all over them. The second picture shows how bad they faded against my shower curtain that is still white. These are going in the trash! Do not waste your money! Very disappointed in the quality of this product. I have learned my lesson and will read the reviews on all items before I purchase! ... show more

This rug is shown by bath tub so I assumed you could step on it with wet feet so I placed mine by shower. Unfortunately when I stepped out of shower with wet feet the rust color transferred and bled onto the white pattern! The first time I washed in cold water per tag instructions the rust completely bled onto the white- see picture! What a mess! I bought 2 sets which are now useless. Can’t use them by bath or shower and as soon as the 2 other rugs get dirty I will not be able to launder them and will have to throw them away. Don’t buy these rugs! I was hoping to send a better review. I can not. I purchased burgundy colored rug. The white part of the rug is pink. The bleeding of color ruined the rug. I will need to replace the rugs with something that will not change color. I have given the con. Now time for the pros. The thickness is nice and the rug is soft. Beware this could be a slipping/tripping hazard. There is no backing to keep it from slipping. The edges can roll up. The material is coarse and rough. Not good value for the money. Would not recommend.

colors bleed so white portion turns pink! Almost ruined my dryer, set on LOW per directions and still colors bled onto the dryer. Took me almost an hour to scrub the mess left inside my dryer!
