I wanted to love this bra and did the first time I wore it. BUT I hate the inserts. They come out in the wash. Why can’t bras just have molded cups? They are so much better.

Nice medium support. I got the pale pink /blush lavender and it's super flattering (shows more cleavage than I like but I wear a shirt over it). I bought a medium. I'm normally between sizes small /medium.... But I think the chart suggested large. I wanted a little more support so I got a medium. I just might be able to fit a small but I'm worried about back fat and worried a small might be tight around the pitts....so I'll stick with a medium. I wore it to HIIT class and it held me in.... I would say there was bouncing but not to a point were I was hurting. I'm a true 34 D, with a broad back, saline implants (so they require support). Strappy back did not accentuate my back fat. I'm wearing the bra with the pads (which are thin a large enough to fit the cup)... Without the pad, you cannot really see the nippies... But you would be able to tell if I'm cold, if ya know what I mean. You definitely can see the sweat in this color. It's a brushed material (cotton-ish) so it's not very moisture wicking. I wore it an hour after my workout and it was still very damp. Overall I recommend and will be purchasing other colors.

I love this. I’m 5’10” and 170 lbs with an athletic build. The XL fits great with or without the pads. They show sweat only a little, so not too embarrassing during my workouts. I usually wear CVG longline bras (in large, so I had to size up on these Amazon ones). CVG are $$$, so I absolutely love these.
