People. My whole life I thought I was just not a lipstick girl. I always hated the way it looked on me (I'm fairly fair skinned, freckles, Auburn hair), I felt like a clown. I just thought "no problem, it's chapstick and the occasional lip gloss for me." Suddenly, at the ripe age of 45, I felt the acute need to wear lip stick. I have no idea why. I bought a few others to try, they were all meh. Then I saw LG's Mauve Majesty and I thought it was absolutely gorgeous, at least in photos... So I took a chance. And I can tell you, I am SOLD. The color is beautiful, even on me! It applies evenly and easily, so smooth, not drying, so perfect. I'm beyond thrilled. And upon reflection, I think it was never the case that I wasn't a lipstick girl. I just never found the right quality and color. I found it. I have arrived. Better late than never. Lipstick is a tricky item to buy online!! I have the other Laura Geller products and they are really great! So the lipstick is a 4 out of 5 but does not seem to last like advertised and the color was not as brite as the picture showed. But it went on nicely !

A little darker than natural color slightly peachy. Beautiful color! I paired it with Sassy Spice lip liner, as recommended. This lipstick is comfortable to wear, without drying out my lips.
