I was really tired of these polyester fluffy comforters. I wanted a nice lightweight cotton comforter. I found it and on top of it. This is quilted as well. It is so soft. I am very pleased with this quilt set for king sized bed. It is the perfect size for a quilt. It is not a bedspread. It is soft cotton and quality made even after washing and drying. Classy looking and comfortable.

First the glowing, positive part— I love this coverlet so much. I bought it with the Laura Ashley sheets it is pictured with and was thrilled when it arrived looking exactly as pictured. It transformed my bed into something that feels cozy and cottage-like. It is a little on the thin side, so I purchased a blanket to match. Now the down side — This would be a luxurious fit on a double bed but on my queen sized mattress it is stretched to its limit. Honestly I have it hanging down a little longer on the side of the bed that is seen when entering the room. The side no one sees is shorter. The king sized one would be way too big, so I kept it because I like the pattern so much. The crease down the side in the picture was from the manufacturer’s original folding. I absolutely LOVE this king size comforter. The dusty blue color was gorgeous and the weight is perfect for all but the coldest of months. But, the best part was the feel of the material. It's soft! I haven't washed it yet, but it drapes beautifully on my king mattress, which is 10" deep.
