I understand this is a food item so it really boils down to personal preference. There are a few things that concern me about this olive oil. 1. Olive oil should be in dark or amber colored glass since light exposure can quickly cause it to go rancid. 2. It should not be a clear liquid like canola oil. 3. True olive oil should have a pepper feel to the back of your throat. This has failed on all accounts, unfortunately I can not send it back so I will have to take a loss.
