Scent Profile & Initial Impressions His Confession opens with a noticeable burst of cinnamon, mandarin and lavender — spicy and somewhat sharp, but also fresh from the citrus-lavender top. As it transitions, a heart of iris, benzoin, cypress and mahonial comes through — the iris particularly gives it a somewhat powdery, refined texture. The base then lands in a rich, warm territory: vanilla, tonka bean, amber, cedarwood, patchouli and incense. The vanilla and tonka bean soften the earlier spice and give it a gourmand-woody finish. In summary: this fragrance marries spicy top notes with a creamy/powdery heart and a warm, sweet woody base. It leans into gourmand territory while retaining some masculine woods and incense. Performance: Longevity, Projection & Value Longevity: Many user reviews suggest 6-10 hours of usable wear, with some reporting scent on clothes even the next day. I got this from seller Smells Good. I didn't rush the delivery and it arrived 9 days in advance and was packed well. No leaks. The bottle is stunning and feels expensive. It's said to be a dupe of Blanch Bete but to be fair, I haven't smelled the OG. The perfume is already milky or lactonic on the first spray. By the way, I sprayed this 10x towards the window first before I sprayed it on my skin. It smells like a very creamy smooth tuberose in the opening. The tuberose stays as it dries down with sweet vanilla notes. Musky and powdery, I would say. This isn't a safe blind buy. Some may perceive this as an old lady smell especially in the opening but this is beautiful. I envision an elegant woman who prefers to power dress in a corporate fit and always wears heels. She prefers silent luxury bags and accessories. She's always composed and she's someone who loves to wine and dine. Projection is moderate to loud. I sprayed it once on the back of my hand and my son said the whole house smells like it. This lasts long too like all day. I have chronic migraine and this doesn't trigger if I don't overspray. I normally avoid the neck and chest area and just do my wrist, legs, and my back. Hope that helps

First time blind buy, this smells so creamy and floral , you get a hint of vanilla and an ending note of faint coconut . It’s a very mature sense. It’s not a sweet, vanilla scented perfume. It’s more of a floral vanilla very lactonic and creamy . It’s a very romantic feminine scent . It lasts about five hours I would say maybe even six. I did notice if I sprayed it on the back of my neck and it happened to get into my hair. The scent did last into my hair overnight. It sprays very nicely and evenly on the body. I ended up purchasing a second bottle after my first bottle arrived because that’s how much I fell in love with this scent. This is such a beautiful, enchanting smell. This is the smell of a divine feminine woman.

I cannot say this perfume is bad. It hits strong, though. It is clearly a man's perfume. It does last longer like perfumes. If you are looking for a "smooth scent" that lasts long, this is not it. It you want a "knockout scent" in the first 4 hours, this is it. Advantage is that it is not sweet and it will clear send the message that you do have a perfume on.
