The media could not be loaded. The latherizer delivers every time. Quick to warm up, easy to clean and piping Hot lather each time, I truly am impressed! It’s lasted me a long time and was under $200. Not a bad deal for a quality product that lasts!

    • Great with some quirks
This product looks like quality, feels like quality, and works like quality. This would be right at home in a barber shop and is marketed that way. It heats quickly and the foam dispenses perfectly. Because it is seemingly meant for professional use, it does has a couple of quirks for the home user. The first is you are supposed to empty it and clean the reservoir daily. This is not practical for personal use. So far I’ve kept the solution in the tank and give it a stir prior to heating. The second oddity or inconvenience is there is no on/off switch. You have to unplug the unit after each use. If you can deal with these two things, and the cost of the unit itself, then I highly recommend it. ... show more

    • Multiple failures right out of the box
2 of the 3 I’ve purchased were bad right out of the box. One was insanely loud, and the other immediately leaked all over my station, and ruined the finish of it. Dishonest refurbished garbage

Got this to replace the lather machine at our shop. Im also a big fan of Wyze products, so I got their smart plug to turn on/off the lather machine an hour before/after work. The lather comes out nice and warm. Only thing i do is top of the liquid in the morning, and mix it around with my finger since the lather settles at the bottom. ... show more

    • Great super hot lather, but must be cleaned frequently!
I bought this machine for my barbershop in 2017. While it worked the lather was hot and plenty thick enough for all the shaving I do in my shop. It does require a lot of cleaning and unplugging as the lather plugs it up easily, but finally, in 2020, the entire machine died. Having used Campbell’s and Scalpmaster which lasted even less time, I’d say this machine is better than the others. Now I need to buy a new one, and given what’s out there, this is better. It’s just so frustrating to have to spend so much on these hot lather machines if they don’t even last. Good deal while it works! Also, Burmax, put in an on/off switch!!! ... show more

Busy barber of 15+ years and this is the only machine I’ll buy. I can get about 4 years of daily use out of this machine before it starts dying and making the awful noise. I mix campbells lather with water (no pre-mix stuff, clogs it too quickly) and I add an oz of glycerin to my mix. I top it off daily and mix with a small whisk so it stays sanitary and hair free in the re-fill well. I never run cleaner through it. Seems redundant since it’s just soap and the glycerin keeps it moving and will add heat to the lather. It doesn’t last forever but it’s the best one on the market. ... show more
