Very, very nice! As many have said, the look is premium and the texture is satisfying to touch. I was slightly worried that Willy Blue would be too light for Apple’s Midnight but they are a near perfect match! The camera does capture slight variance in shade between the two covers so I’ll deduct a star but it is hardly noticeable in person.

These were the perfect option for protecting and customizing my AirPod Max’s. Packaging was great and the so was the product. They have a slight texture and the coloring is exactly as described which adds to the aesthetic of the headphones. Also, these are much easier to install than the silicone options. They simply clip onto the headphones providing the same protection as the silicone comparisons.

I recently acquired a pair of AirPods Max and have been looking at various accessories. I found different brands of outer ear cup covers, most of which were very inexpensive, but for the most part were rated pretty highly. Their ability to protect was dubious at best. All of those were made out of plastic or silicone. I really liked the aesthetic of these and decided to give them a try. First thing to note, is they snap right on and fit very well. They did slide around a little when I first put them on, but seem to have settled in for some reason. I honestly have no idea why. They don’t flex easily… Either way, I’m glad they’re fitting well and not moving now. They feel very durable, but I treat my AirPods like princesses, so I can’t speak to their effectiveness at protection from a fall. They will however, keep the outside metal of the ear cups from getting scratched, I don’t know why Apple made them metal, then again, most other headphones are plastic, which also scratches easily. The biggest benefit for me is that these keep the ear cups from smacking together all the time. The only downside is that these do add a little extra bulk (not weight) to my AirPods, which keeps the “Smart Case” from closing easily. As in, you put your AirPods in and the fold over flap snaps into place. With these on, I have to push the AirPods into the case and then push the bottom of the case snugly onto the AirPods before the flap will snap into place. The case works with these. It’s just a little extra hassle to get it to work. It’s not a big deal, but it is a little disappointing. Overall, these are very well made, very sturdy and come in a variety of colors and patterns to suit your personal style. So, to conclude, If you want the ultimate protection for your AirPods Max and don’t mind the price tag, these are the ones to get.

This is a simple, no nonsense protective case for the outside of your AirPod Max's and they do a fantastic job. First, the design is simple but very nice looking. I have the classic, carbon-fiber look and it's subtle but looks like a high quality cover and there are plenty of other color/pattern choices if you want something more bold. What makes these really stand out is the fitment to the unit is top notch and feels like an Apple product. The interior lining is a soft fabric and they easily snap to the outside of unit and don't move from there. You won't notice they are there ever as they also easily slip into the standard charging case with ease. The only slight con is that they do catch a lot of finger prints from the matte finish but they can be wiped down easily and looking new again. If you're searching for a way to keep the aluminum from getting scratched and dented, these will be the perfect choice. And while the price seems a little high, this really feels like a durable, high quality item that has done great in six months of daily use. I'd highly recommend these!
