Very easy to use device and it really does work to remove your hair. I've used it since July with good success. One complaint? Sometimes the plug comes out of the unit, so while it's showing as having power, it won't fire. Once you push it back in, all is good.

Where do I even begin with this abysmal excuse for a laser hair removal device? I can confidently say that it is hands down the worst device I have ever used. From its inept functionality to its sheer lack of effectiveness, this Laser Hair Removal for Women and Men 3-N-1 IPL Device has managed to disappoint me on every level. Firstly, let's talk about the promised "permanent" hair removal. It's nothing more than a marketing gimmick. Despite boasting about 999,999 flashes, this device failed to deliver any noticeable reduction in hair growth. I diligently followed the recommended treatment schedule, enduring countless sessions, but my hair remained stubbornly intact. The frustration I experienced is unparalleled. The device's design is equally flawed. Its ergonomic shape is supposed to make it easy to handle, but it feels cheap and flimsy in my hands. The buttons are unresponsive, often requiring multiple presses to get any sort of reaction. It's a constant struggle just to navigate through the confusing settings. To add insult to injury, the device occasionally overheats, leaving my skin uncomfortable and red. It's like a cruel joke. Let's not forget the pain. Laser hair removal is notorious for causing some discomfort, but this device takes it to a whole new level. The pulses of light are excruciatingly painful, even on the lowest intensity setting. It's as if the device's sole purpose is to torture unsuspecting users. I wouldn't wish this agony on my worst enemy. The media could not be loaded. Instructions were included in the box but I always like to watch videos about products before I use them. There's a lot of videos you can find for this laser hair removal device, as well as other similar ones to work similarly (but this one seemed to be higher-rated and more popular than the others). So it's simple: Shave the area you want to treat, plug in the device, hold the power button to turn it on, set the power level (1 to 5, and there's a cool little guide in the box to give you a suggestion of which power setting to use based on your skin color), put on the dark glasses (included) for safety, place the lens on the area you want to treat, click the trigger and after the light flashes, lift the screen off your skin and proceed to the next area you want to treat. I was so happy it was that simple. Be sure not to leave it on your skin for too long as it may feel too hot. It kind of feels like unexpectedly touching something warm. It's not too hot, but it just takes you by surprise. Overall, a fairly painless experience and it's so much better than shaving frequently, shaving too close, or waxing. Now it's a waiting game to see how well my skin responds to laser hair removal. I read that after about 3 to 6 sessions, spaced around 4 to 8 weeks apart, you should start to see a significant reduction in the amount of hair in the treated area. ... show more

I purchased this product with the hopes that it would save me from spending $1500+ on laser hair removal. I have had it for 1 month now and have completed 4 treatments (once weekly) and while I still have hair growth, I definitely notice that it is beginning to thin/decrease in quantity and the hair itself is finer and less noticeable. I am hoping that after another month or so, I will be at approximately the same result as the the professional IPL procedures would produce. I appreciated the instructions that help you to understand how to decide on the strength/power to use. I felt that directions were straightforward and very helpful. I have wanted to get a laser hair remover for so long and I finally did it.. and I am really happy that I did! I like the way this device feels in my hand, very ergonomic and a smooth texture. I like the auto feature that it has so I don't have to push the trigger over and over (which makes a difference when you're doing a large area like your leg). It's probably too soon to tell, but I really think it's going to work and soon I will not have hair growing where I don't want it!
