The media could not be loaded. I originally got this set to help my family and I move to a new place. When we received the items I was missing the bag that was supposed to go with it. I tried to take it up with customer service but they wanted the whole set returned before they could do anything about it. I’m sure that’s just protocol but at the time we were moving 3 days before I got the luggage so there wasn’t anything I could’ve done except accept that I wasn’t getting the bag. It is a nice set and it looks high quality but after using it a handful of times it starts to fall apart and rip at the zipper. The functionality of the suitcase is poor. If you get this set keep in mind to not overstuff it and to keep it at a capacity. Don’t expect a bag to go with it as well. You may think you’re getting value for money but it’s not worth it.

I love the extra tote. Good 3 bags for the money. However, When you open the bag. Only one side has the large zip. Therefore clothes are always falling out of the opposite side

I’m so happy I bought the 5 piece set! The purple is so cute. The suitcases have so much room but are still light weight, they roll effortlessly, and the handle slides up and down nicely! The tote bag made my traveling so easy and it expands so you can fit a lottt in there. It also has a little zipper pocket that was great to put my phone and ID in when I was at the airport! Only bad thing was it came with a scuff mark but with all the traveling I do, it’s bound to get some scuff marks lol so I don’t mind much. Would deff recommend!!

So we got these bc we needed new ones! We just got back from a weeks trip in Florida and the hold alot and held up! We drove so I cannot yet speak on air travel yet but my husband is leaving for an upcoming trip and he will be flying so well see how they hold up with aor travel. I seen where on preview reviews ppl sd the zippers were weak and not to over stuff....well we defeated over stuffed them and the zippers were just fine and so was the lining.

I was so impressed when the set first arrived and couldn’t wait to use them. On my first flight my suitcase didn’t hold up, even as a carryon! Both zippers broke and fell off the track and I had trouble making it home with my brand new suitcase after it’s first use. I had coworkers comment “Looks like it’s time to retire that one!” After helping me get my stuff miraculously home. I’m so frustrated! My expandable tote bag was also starting to unravel after that first 3 day trip.
