The media could not be loaded. These coins are everything you could ask for in a pirate dubloon. The heft and color is great. They are made of real metal that sounds so satisfying when they are clinking and bumping into one another, and the shiny gold top coat really does look like a real gold, not just a cheap matte gold coloring. And the design is a real texture that stands out. Even come with a nice little drawstring velvet bag to store them in . All in all they have a great authentic feel to them in terms of what you would expect for a solid toy pirate coin. I could see them having so many uses, for being play tokens for kids, to table Decor at a party, to buried treasure in a sensory bin, to props in your play or costume kit, to real adult cosplay items They're about the size of a quarter, and I would say the only potential issue with them is that they're not very thick. They don't bend anything like that, but if you are looking for something that's super super authentic, I imagine you would want them to be a little thicker. As it stands there probably a little thinner than a quarter, maybe the thickness of a penny. Additionally, don't let the packaging fool you. They can packaged in a box marked 35 coins, but we ordered 20 coins and the shipping sticker also said 20 coins. Just don't want it fool or confuse you. I would 100% by these again if they need arose. I think they're a great value for your money and a worthwhile addition to any child's dress up kit.

These treasure coins are the CUTEST things I've seen in a long time. My son has a treasure map, but we have no actual "Treasure." We normally just hide a toy somewhere in the house and "use his map" to search for it. But when we got these coins, it was a huge game-changer. Literally. They are heavy coins, the would not scratch or anything over time. The quality of them is superb. They're all about the size of a quarter so they look and feel.... and sound like real pirates treasure!! I think every kid should get to play with these!!

Wherever you are in life that you find yourself needing Pirate gold coins... These are the ones to get. They look so realistic. Each one of them is a little bit unique and the look and feel of them is just so far beyond what my expectations were that it's hard to describe. I got these as a gift for my son who loves playing pretend. Might have been his favorite thing , all of christmas morning. The size is perfect. They're not super thick , which makes them look a little bit more authentic. But they're definitely not fragile either. These are overall a great value and whether it's role playing, Halloween, or whatever else these will probably end up impressing you. Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded. I got these gold pirate coins as a party favor for kids' birthday party, as well as just a toy for kids. They’re real metal and they clink like real coins. The fact that they’re gold color makes them cooler. The patterns on the coins... I feel like could have been done better. It’s hieroglyphics and a cross… I think they basically tried to copy what real pirate coins look like, but then I am not sure if that’s better than more toy-like designs like a skull and crossbones etc… The coins are pretty thin. The coins also aren’t perfectly circular, which is good. They don’t have any patina or wear on them. These kind of remind me of the gold chocolate coins, but instead of chocolate, it’s real metal. Pretty good value for the money, and it works great as party favors and as a toy. Little kids found them to be cool.

I love these. They're shiny, they feel like real coins, and now i just need about 1,000 more of them so I can fill up a pirate chest and have a real (looking) treasure! But seriously, they are pretty cool. Much neater than plastic coins that don't make metal "clink" noises! The velvet bag is pretty nice, too. Maybe not aesthetic for Grubby Pirate (i imagine them with a worn leather purse), but nifty for fancy swashbuckling pirate vibe.

The coins have a little weight to them, not like the plastic coins. Color is good and they clink together like real coins. The size is very similar to the US brass colored dollar coins though not as thick or heavy. A great addition for games, pirate parties and decoration. Price is good for the quality of coins. Loved the coins and they look correct in texture and shine if you were to melt and stamp it. The little pouch it came with is a nice velvet-like cloth that is a bit rough in feel and is a good emulation of a coin purse. The quality is really nice for cosplay or for decorations.

The media could not be loaded. If you're looking for a deblume. Actually a fake one. This is perfect. Drop them together and they make a nice clanking noise right out of a pirate movie. They have a nice solid heavier than plastic feel. In your hand the size is perfect, no too small, not too large. Having them in this little black bag you can hang from your waist or keep in your pocket. Personal opinion, the bag need to be less rigid. Something that is saggy. But, that's not something from keeping you from purchasing it. Well worth the purchase for your medieval or pirate night.
