I bought a dish rack about a year or so ago at Ross for $20. It had to be replaced due to several spots that had begun to rust. I know why it rusted… because the knives I had put over and over again to air dry cut up the stainless steel which then makes it no longer stainless, which is vital for a product that is constantly getting wet! So I found this one, and I was really excited for it. It arrived this morning, but I can already expect nothing but the best from this product. It’s apparent that you really do get what you pay for! I would recommend this rack because • stainless steel bars are significantly thicker than other racks • extremely sturdy materials all around • the drain board is innovative; pull a plug on top of the board, it allows the water to drain out the direction of your choosing because it swivels where you want it to • large plastic silverware basket which includes a removable plastic piece to dry your knives in (great because you don’t cut up your stainless steel with the metal utensils!!!!!!!) • several configurable pieces to customize to your liking • easy to assemble, easy to change up the layout if you wish • top and side areas for specific types of dishes spread around the rack to allow for more dishes to be dried at one time • came with a microfiber mat to put underneath the plastic drain board, which is good quality and sanitary (because it’s non-absorbent) • non-slip rubber fitted around the attachments that hang on outside of the rack; which helps avoid things from slipping off since they aren’t inside the rack’s “walls”

I love the sturdiness of this. No tipping over, no falling items. This is NOT your usual plastic dish drainer. Check for heighth requirements if using under a cabinet if you plan to use both tiers. Can be modified for your needs by moving components around and changing the drain spout. Biggest drawback and reason for only 4 stars. The plastic drainer pan is just barely large enough to fit under the metal drainer. This causes cup holder and utensil holder to drip onto countertops. For the price and thought put into the drainer, they dropped the ball with the drip pan.

We have an old house with a small kitchen and no dishwasher. I liked the idea of the stacking portion, but once I got this it didn’t work as much as I would have liked - a little because of our house and a little because of the design. the space between the counter and top cabinet’s isn’t as much as modern homes so the stacked section wasn’t super useful on top but there is also reduced space under the stacked portion. Thankfully the top portion comes off easily so I just have both portion on the counter, which isn’t ideal with such limited space, but it’s not awful. I’d still recommend if you have normal space between your counter and top cabinets.

Easy enough to put together. What I have found is the top tier is what I use most because you have to snake your hand and the item you want into the bottom tier. Not a lot of wiggle room in there. Very small items only. It's sturdy enough to hold all my pans on the top though which is great. One complaint is the drying towel underneath is almost the same size, so if you put glasses on the glass holders, they drip onto the counter, not the towel.

I love this - just got it and set it up but the utensil piece was broken when I opened the box. It does not affect its use and I don’t want to wait for a new one but it would be great if I could get just the utensil part replaced? Going to try to contact them. I’ll be back to update.

Good for small spaces with the double tiers. I am having trouble keeping the add on sections still when I add dishes to them. The parts keep popping out of the main section. Not sure if it just something to get used to, being very careful on adding items onto those extra pieces? Otherwise, seems well organized in thought.

I love this dish rack! Before this, I was just using two drying mats but this new rack has motivated me to do my dishes again. I love that it has multiple levels and many different purpose-formed sections of the rack. It’s easy to assemble and came with everything that was needed. I plan to re-purchase, if needed.

I've had it for a few months and it HAS NOT rusted like every other dishrack that claims they are rust-proof. Water drains well. The way it is meant to be put together is a little unstable (parts can slide around or seperate) but I added a couple zip ties and now this is the best dishrack I've had.
