The package arrived quickly and safely. I couldn't wait to open it. Following the instructions, there were detailed installation videos, and the setup was very easy. The entire machine is made of metal and feels very sturdy. I think it can last for 10 years. Longer than I expected. I strongly suggest contacting the seller to get an FREE outdoor battery. It is very helpful for setting up activities, and the battery can support the machine to work for a whole day (per charge). Be sure to use the Touchpix app, the most professional 360 photo booth software. The buyer gave me a free one-month trial. Touchpix is fully compatible with the Achhago brand machine and can automatically start and stop the booth machine when recording videos. It has been a great help to my business, as it doesn't keep customers waiting for too long. It can also quickly set up different styles of templates and real-time sharing, etc. I love it. Anyone looking for a 360 Photo Booth will tell you that there are many options out there! So glad I chose this one! Not only is it a high quality product, but it is backed by people who truly care about their customers! Achhago was there every step of the way. They contacted me and made it clear rightaway that they are just a phone call away if i had any questions. They gave me a heads up about the batteries & when to expect them. Then they offered me a passcode with instructions for activating the Touchpix free trial!... all before I even had a chance to un pack the unit!! This was comforting because I had no previous expirence with this technology. Touchpix is a perfect compliment to this Photo Booth, as it is simple to use and really well laid out! I was up and running after just a couple of instructional videos! I have been exploring new ways to use the booth and create overlays ever since! I had a full blown event within five days of receiving the Photo Booth! Thats how easy it is to get rolling! That event was a hit & I plan on doing many, many more! I like the color of the lights and uplifted platform. What I don't like is I am experiencing a clicking noise after attaching my Ipad and power bank. Hopefully customer service will help to resolve this issue. I have only used it once and Have had the machine for about a month.

We are a 360 rental business, we have purchased different size machines from several companies before, and each previous experience was a disappointment. Some machines have a terrible quality that does not match their very experience price. Some have zero customer service, machines are not working when we received them, and we cannot make a return, it is truly horrible. Since my first time purchasing from AchhaGo for their 360 machines, I already made up my mind to stick with this company. This is my third machine from them. They help me grow my business; My customers and I love their machines. Their products are built with high quality and are very easy to assemble. When we store it, we do not have to take off the feet. Everything we can think of, they already designed for us, and they are keeping improving their machines. My bigger size machine has both a flight case and a dolly with a soft bag. If my customers have bigger SUVs or pickup trucks, I could provide the flight case. If my customers do not have big-sized cars, I would provide the dolly with the soft bag, the bag is very thick with sponge filling inside to get maximum protection. It is very convenient to use and I would worry about my machine during transportation. By comparison, this machine has the best value. Their machine has a special selection in Touchpix App, it is the perfect combination in my opinion to get the best experience. Especially, they are a legit US local company. When there is any problem or question, their experienced engineers are trying to get the issue fixed as soon as possible using a variety of methods. The media could not be loaded. i love it! The packaging was amazing ,there was no damage or scratches, and all pieces were present. The setup was easy to follow and the machine operation was very smooth. Thank the lord for the wheels because the booth is extremely heavy, if I had to say lifting it and taking it out of the package was the hardest part of this entire set up. This is some real heavy duty equipment and itโ€™s perfect for my business venture. My only take back is the app associated with the machine. Its confusing and I dont like it much as i have seen other apps operate. certain features arenโ€™t available which i was really hoping to have and the remote that controls the camera on the app only takes pictures and not videos which is what i really want. Overall itโ€™s great and i definitely see my self getting another one soon! ... show more

Great 360 Photo Booth company! They are super friendly and easy to communicate with. They gave a lot of value with my purchase including free power banks and logo for booth. The 39 inch booth is quite big and requires at least 2 people to handle safely. The size works for my intended use but I would recommend the smaller booth for individuals looking to purchase.
