I bought my son a used phone for his birthday to play games around the house or when he is staying with family & since he is 8 I knew it would catch a beating. He has dropped his phone on cement many times & I have never seen a scratch on it. I don't even flinch or panic anymore lol. I read the other reviews and bought it anyway because it was the cheaper "all in one" option. Loved the wrist strap, but... It doesn't register regular finger touches through the transparent front screen depending on the temperature and scratches easily with a brand new S pen... Also I had to use my S pen on the touch screen 98% of the time. Completely aggravating. It wouldn't register a simple pattern unlock, again, had to use my S pen, every time, and will not register a swipe unlock 85% of the time. appears water tight, did not test that! Lol. It's hard to access the charging port, the pen access is tight but "easier". Always using an S pen deprives you of the regular key board in all apps and complicates all scrolling features among other things. I had to use the usb c to open the charging port almost every time, its that tight. This will not register a finger print through the front screen. So forget about any kind of quick access with this case. I did accidentally drop my phone about 3 times. (1 catastrophic) Happy to report at least there was no damage to the phone, but I can't stand the inconvenience and lack of responsiveness through the front screen and will be ordering a different case. Purchased Aug 2024 gave up Oct 2024. ... show more

This is actually my second one. As long as they make this case I will always buy it. I can even use my finger print to open up my phone. Just follow directions. My phone looks brand new. I've dropped my phone on cement and it was fully protected. Reason why I really love it is because I live on the lake and dropped it in a mud puddle. I Grab it up, rinse it off and dried it really well. When I took the phone out of the case to check it, it was not harm at all. One more thing, it's not bulky and can still fit in my phone purse when I use my purse. Can't beat that! ... show more

I have had many of these cases, this one is not very durable. I works great unless you use it as intended and actually drop your phone. Every single time my phone gets dropped, the small cushion at the earpiece moves, muffles and blocks you from hearing. If you remove the foam piece, then the phone fits loose inside case and isn't very snug. So I have bought several of these. I finally upgraded my phone and no longer have to rely on these inferior cases. ... show more
