I love these sheets! I’m very very picky about sheets. #1 for me is always SHORT FLAT SHEETS! I can’t stand it when you get oversized fitted sheets that fit deep pocket mattresses, yet they shorten the flat sheet! What the heck! You need the flat sheet to actually tuck deep under the mattress and at least cover the sides of the mattress!!! 95% of all of my sheet purchases, even the expensive ones, the flat sheet is too short on the sides, ends or both! These sheets have a generous sized flat sheet! I have a split king bed. So, the bed is extra wide and long! The flat sheet fits well! In addition, the fitted sheet not only feet’s deep pocket mattresses well, they stay put! They have 2 sets of elastic on the fitted sheet. There is thick elastic about 1/3 way down on every corner. Then there is full elastic all the way around the fitted sheet edges. These sheets do not move! The 1000 TC is great! These are super soft but not too thin! The sheets are a thick soft fabric! I can’t love these sheets enough! As a matter of fact, I originally bought the French Blue (beautiful color) so I turned around and bought the Almond color (which currently isn’t available) AND the denim color. These are some of the best sheets we have purchased in our home. I HATE a thin sheet that stretches and bunches up as you sleep in them. These do not stretch or bunch up. They remain cool to the touch while sleeping. The thread count is very tight and maintain their look. The pockets for the fitted sheet are deep hand have a heavy duty elastic band to hold the sheet in place on the corners. This is just an excellent sheet set. My favorite sheets were discontinued most likely because the quality declined significantly on my newer purchase of them. I had to find new sheets and am very fussy about my sheets. First,the sheets are 100% Egyptian cotton, and, therefore, not expected to be wrinkle free. In fact, they came out far less wrinkled than expected. But the best part wasn’t even shown in product photos or the description. The fitted sheet has double elastic❤️❤️❤️. My mattress is only 12” deep, so the extra wide elastic shown in my photo is close to the bottom edge. I didn’t expect to find another set with this feature, so I’m very, very happy. If you have more mattress depth, these will definetly fit, and the extra elastic will be even more of an asset for you. ... show more

What I didn't like at first is that these sheets were thick and stiff. I've gotten use to them. They are thicker than your average sheets. They will hold up well. They are good quality though I wouldn't by them again. If you want silky sheets, don't get these. I give them a 5 because it's a matter of preference, nothing wrong with these sheets. For the price, I think this product is of great value. After almost a month of use and a few washes, the sheets remain very soft and comfortable. I will note that they are not wrinkle free.
