I must wear a button-down collar white shirt for my job. The uniform company we are asked to use does have a product, but the shirts are oversized and have to be altered so that I can properly tuck them into slacks or skirts. The problem as I see it is that the uniform company appears to design everything for men. Lands End shirts fit women well and they wash beautifully. I don't iron them. My fellow employees always ask what shirt I'm wearing, because it is so obvious that it FITS properly. I like that it has a good number of buttons. The material is a bit stiff, but that should change with washing. The blue is quite light. I miss having a chest pocket. It seems wide for a size 10. I'll see how it works out.

They wash well. I still do make my daughter steam it each morning before school, but they are nice shirts. Not too thin, so she doesn't need to wear an undershirt.

Not the best fitting shirt. Wouldnt buy again. Bought for work and there is no give to the shirt. It is pretty uncomfy and stiff. It might change after a few washes but I kind of doubt it. Find another brand! Maybe amazon basics. Also order a size up.
