    • Fake blood pressure reading.
Kind of makes you wonder how accurate this is and what other readings are fake because the blood pressure is completely false it's based on age and weight calculation. Blood pressure reading is the same reading unless you change the age and weight and that gives a different reading

I've always wanted a smart watch since seeing a co-worker use hers. "How cool" I thought, answering calls and reading text messages on your wrist, just like Dick Tracy. Ok, maybe you've never heard of Dick Tracy, but I'm 65 so it's an old guy thing. And, as an old (older) guy, I thought, "do I really need this?" After considering the fact that I could not only make and take phone calls and get texts, but track my heart rate, blood pressure, daily steps walked etc. etc. I decided to take the plunge and order this watch. Believe, me, I'm not disappointed. This watch is wonderful. It does all the functions that I just mentioned plus even has Google Voice assistant, which wasn't even mentioned in the instructions. I made a call and answered a call today and it worked well. It tracks my heart rate and keeps track of my steps. It will take my blood pressure, and I can't verify how accurate it is, but it does seem to be close to my normal readings from a regular blood pressure device. These things alone are enough for me. Basically it means that I don't always have to carry my cell phone around the house, or run in from another room if it rings. The watch will answer the call as long as I am in blue tooth range of my phone, and the range covers my whole house. I won't go into other functions here, just know that this is a cool little gizmo that's easy to use and very importantly, it's comfortable on my wrist! I will mention that battery life so far seems very good as well, although the tiny magnetic charger is a bit hard to keep connected to the watch. I also have mine set so that when you flip your wrist up to check the time, the screen automatically comes on. Very neat. The LARGE curved glass on this smart watch smoothly rounds off to it's thin bezel and just look magnificent! However, the glossy black bezel does look like possibly plastic. So good for reduced weight but poor for durability. Keep in mind that because of it's very large diameter, this might look quite large on small and/or skinny wrists. The button feels clicky and doesn't rock side to side like others I've seen. The watch strap is the best I've ever seen in a watch in this price range. It feels very comfortable and contrasts perfectly with the chrome buckle. It's ability to tuck away the excess amount of the watch strap keeps it under and out of the way or from catching on anything that brushes up against my wrist. It just adds to the whole watch looking really clean. It's features are pretty standard for similar devices in this price range with BP, O2 and HR. Battery life was probably about 7-8 days but I did use it pretty heavily, trying many watch faces and with auto check HR at every 10 minutes. So with light use, It's possible that you could squeeze a few more days out of the battery. I don't always carry my phone on me. So when I switched the watch to "do not automatically look for my phone" through Bluetooth it seemed to make the battery last a bit longer. The app this uses called DAFIT isn't too bad and keeps track of your exercise activity for months. You can sync it to Google fit if you prefer using that instead. Personally I don't really care for this app much. They don't have many watchfaces (with multiple doubles) and what they do have are low quality! I've went through all of them for this AND two other different model watches I've previously had only finding maybe five I liked. Not impressed with how long it takes to download a watchface either. Also there is no way for you to save some of your favorites so you can quickly switch to them later, thus keeping you from looking through the entire list over and over just to find them. Then there's downloading and installing them really isn't great either. The largest size face I could find was 880kb and that took a whopping 1Β½ minutes to download. That speed is slower than dial up internet, YIKES!! Overall I like the watch and think it's worth the money. I just really wish the companion app was a little better. ... show more
