Omg. Love these boots. They are even better than I hoped for as far as looks go. They are very high quality and look so cute. I love the pointed toe and length of the boots. They are cowboy/cowgirl style and very classy as well. I really enjoy wearing them, but they are a little tight on my toes making them a bit uncomfortable. I probably should have ordered a size up since I wear a half size, so that’s something to consider when ordering. I can’t wear these for long periods of time, but when I do wear them, I find myself staring at them constantly, because they are really pretty in color and style. You can dress them up or down. First the good, these boots are well-made, and the material feels comfortable. They look fairly close to the pictures, though the toe was pointier than I had anticipated. The reason for the low rating is that they were so small I could not even get them on. I have had other cowgirl boots and did not have this problem, even though there was no zipper. I can’t say as to whether the foot size was too small or whether they are comfortable to walk in because I could not fit my foot past the shaft. ... show more

The boots are beautiful. They fit perfectly. The boots were very comfortable and I like that the heels were not too high. I can wear these boots to work, after work, and church. These boots are a wonderful addition to my shoe wardrobe.

    • Nice boots but not at all true to size - way smaller than they should be

I ordered a size 7, which is my normal shoe size. I could barely squeeze my feet into these boots with very thin socks on. There is no way they were a size 7! I would order at least half a size up, probably a full size, if you don't want it to be tight. It's too bad, because otherwise they seemed like they would be nice boots. I tried to get replacements in a different size, but I've been unable to do that. I took one more star off for the poor customer service. They reached out to say they wanted to resolve the matter, so I asked for a replacement in a bigger size. They directed me back to the Amazon customer service maze (where I had already been several times with no success). I showed them screenshots of the process and that replacements were not an option. They basically said, too bad, we can't help you then. So boots don't fit at all true to size, and customer service is bad. ... show more

These are nice quality boots considering a decent pair of real, leather cowboy boots runs $150 plus. They feel pretty close to real leather. They're comfortable and stylish. There's pretty good padding inside. They have rubber soles with decent traction. They even include stick on cushions for your heel and foot pad to allow you to customize them if you feel you need it. ... show more
