I bought this for a garage sale to be able to display clothes I was selling and liked that there were 2 separate racks so I could hang lots of stuff on it. When I tell you I LOADED this thing up with clothes…I was actually surprised at how well it held up! The quality is very good. Sturdy. Solid, not flexible or flimsy. But I purchased it solely due to the X shape, which I thought meant it would fold flat when not in use. Nope. It is what the picture shows at all times. Disappointing! I would not have bought it had I known. I don't know what to do with it (where in my small space I can store it) as it doesn't fold up to lean against the wall like my old one did. But if you have the space, this is rugged & can be used as a closet, but not as a clothes dryer as I need. No words for instructions, just pictures that are confusing (but at my advanced age, I've put together LOTS of boxed items, it was doable. Might be frustrating for a novice however.) ... show more

firstly this thing came bare in the box with no build instructions or any sort of separation of pieces. i had to use instructions from another review to put it together, and the cloth shelf that was supposed to be attached at the bottom wasn’t even in the box. the box was not closed all the way and you could see through the tape into the box where all the pieces were loose ... show more

Hard to put together my husband don’t read instructions, but once I read the directions we put it together. It’s not very study but when you think about it, easy to assemble wants to read the directions

I purchased to use in our Alpaca Farm pop up boutique. It was easy to put together as well as take apart for travel. All the pieces lay flat dissembled for easy travel.

I was able to put the rack together in 10 minutes thanks to the step by step instructions. The rack is very sturdy and can support many items at once. Love the space on the bottom for shoes!
