The quality is very good. Sturdy. Solid, not flexible or flimsy. But I purchased it solely due to the X shape, which I thought meant it would fold flat when not in use. Nope. It is what the picture shows at all times. Disappointing! I would not have bought it had I known. I don't know what to do with it (where in my small space I can store it) as it doesn't fold up to lean against the wall like my old one did. But if you have the space, this is rugged & can be used as a closet, but not as a clothes dryer as I need. No words for instructions, just pictures that are confusing (but at my advanced age, I've put together LOTS of boxed items, it was doable. Might be frustrating for a novice however.) ... show more

my closet collapsed in November and my handyman said I had too much clothes. I ended up buying a cheap garment rack from Loews but it always looked as if it was leaning too much to the left or right and it did collapse one time and was on the verge of looking like it was going to again. I found this great garment rack on Amazon I put it together last night it was fairly easy to put together and I was pleasantly surprised at how strudy it was and how many clothes fit. Couldn’t fully assemble. The fabric for the bottom was literally half the size it needed to be. Like what????? You actually can’t put it on there. We used a piece of wood… rly weird but other than that, great. Hold up lots of stuff
