If u want wam feet? You should buy these boots. We live on a boat in Alaska. Xtratuf boots would b standard on most days. But, in the winter and summer these boots do the job and then some. Comfortable and strong, I like them more than muck boots. They tend to hold up longer, the muck boots would tear after some time. I really like the calf adjustment, and the peice on the back of the heal that aids in taking off the boots. They are comfortable to walk around in all day without rubbimg my heal. When I first put them on they seemed right on the top of my foot, however they loosened up as I wore them, so if they are slightly snug at first, just wear them for a day. ... show more

I love these boots. Just what I was looking g for. I like them better then muck boots. Easy to fit pant legs in boot then you can use the strap to tighten them up. So far there very warm.

    • Super comfortable superhero boots, but gusset strap is annoying

I love the boots, but can't give them 4 stars because the strap on the gusset in the back doesn't cooperate. It comes off and gets caught on stuff, causing the gusset to loosen. I remedied this by cutting little strips of duct tape and just taping the strap down to itself, basically "locking in" the gusset to a specific size - so I can't really adjust the gusset anymore. I'm ok with this because I don't really have a need to widen the top of the boot, but if the gusset/strap factor is important to you, you might be disappointed by this one. Warmth factor is great - it's not too hot in September and not too cold in the winter weather with good thick socks. Very very comfortable - waaay nicer to wear than my old Muck boots. I sometimes wear them in my office at home as slippers. ... show more

... These are far more than wellies. Got them for moving the 3-inch irrigation pipes in knee-deep pasture so they might be a tad warm for summer time, but trudging around the snow will be a lot more comfortable come winter. These boots are awesome. Very warm and comfortable as well as pretty tough. I notcied when I first got these that a very small amount of water comes through the toe area of my right boot. At first I ignored it, but the problem has gotten worse and enougnt water is getting through that my toes on that side get soaked. I live in Minnesota and I cant have leaky hunting boots. I think these boots are a great product, but I may have recieved a defective pair. My review is less about the boots and more about the warranty, as they claim that they remedy situations like mine but the return needs to go through the seller, amazon has no return option for this product under the orders menu. The blame is for amazon as the seller and lacrosse as the manufacturer. Should have a system in place for defective products, they arent cheap after all. Hope you have better luck. ... show more
