Always Arrives soft and lovely, but my last order frizzed up upon first wash/wear. No matter how much I flat iron or heat protect or oil, it always frizzes up. After about 3 months of wear (clipping in 2-3x a week) I have to order new hair. Also, Tangles easily… but the colors are always beautiful, and they always arrive neatly packaged and soft. I wish they lasted longer and didn’t frizz up so badly! Edit: customer service contacted me and offered me a refund for one pack of hair or to send me another pack of my choice. The customer service is always really great and honestly this is the first time ordering from this company where the hair wasn’t perfect. 5 stars for the customer service for sure

First time using tape in extensions and I really liked them! I LOVED the color and they were very soft and silky. I personally prefer seamless clip ins, but these did not disappoint!! I would absolutely purchase this color again with the clip ons, but if your personal preference are the tape ins, you should try these !!!!

I originally submitted a review for these extensions at the beginning of August, after being a frequent buyer for well over a year. I had always received a good product and my expectations were always met, which is one of the reasons I continued to purchase my extensions from here. I am a licensed cosmetologist and am certified in tape-in extensions. I keep my hair colored to a platinum-white blonde from roots to ends and use the tape-in extensions for added weight and length. One of the biggest reasons I loved these extensions was because the color match was so spot on to my hair color. I had tried so many brands and always needed to tone them, lighten them, etc. to get the correct color, so when I tried these and they matched perfectly without all the hassle, I continued to purchase these every time I needed to replace the hair. I would only usually get one use out of them so I typically replaced them whenever my hair color was due, which I never had an issue with because they are very cost-friendly. I would recommend this brand to my clients and co-workers all the time, so I was disappointed with my order I received in early August because there was an obvious quality difference: the color, texture, everything was just very obviously different, but since I had always had good luck with these, I decided to still use them and have them installed...They laid different in the hair, they never looked that natural so I left a review stating my disappointment politely as I had above and with all of my previous experience, including photos...Within a few days, I was contacted by the company and was met with a friendly message from their customer service, I was skeptical, but they offered me a full refund and promised they had sorted out their quality issue and wanted to make it right by sending me a fresh set of extensions, again I was skeptical but decided I had nothing to lose, but I must say.....I received my new extensions and they are back to the good quality extensions I was used to and I was so pleased. I had to come back and write an entire new review because the customer service was just great and that speaks volumes for a company and wanting to make sure their customers are happy and repeatedly return. I want so badly to give these 5 stars because I LOVED them right away but they don’t last. I have had tape in and I-tip extensions professionally done 5 times in my life. Now that I’m older and no longer work in a salon/can’t utilize an employee discount I can’t justify how expensive they are so I wanted to do them myself. I did so much research and landed on these because the reviews seemed positive and if they weren’t, customer service was said to be amazing. First off the positives: 1). the hair was gorgeous and matched perfectly to mine other than the slightly green ashy tone at the roots but that can be color corrected or hidden so I didn’t really care. 2) so easy to put in! Watch a few YouTube or TikTok videos and you’ll be able to replicate the process. For hard to reach places I just had my husband help me out. 3) I ordered 12”, 16” and 20” to give me built in layers then thinned them out and layered a bit myself to look more natural. They turned out great. Photo 1 is the first day. I waited 48 hours and then washed them with sulfate free shampoo. Within minutes an entire pack was laying on my vanity. See picture 2 and 3. All of the tape separated and fell out so I had to retape with the replacements they sent within 1 day. The hair definitely changed in texture and became much more difficult to manage even though I used professional heat protectant and products which is worrying me for future washes. I reached out to customer service and they were very kind, however, they were only going to send 1 replacement pack. I need 3 to replace the originals that fell out and now are unruly in texture. Also they wanted more information from me in order to process my request. I have never experienced that on Amazon so maybe I am just green to the process but in todays world it felt odd that they’d need all of my personal information again in “photo form” in order to resend me new hair. All in all I probably won’t order again but it was great while it lasted. I’d recommend ordering hair you know is truly Remy hair if you are going to style it everyday and get different tape. This is just not going to stay in if you wash your hair every other day or every few days.
