I have platinum blond hair but am growing my hair fully out naturally again it is blended at the roots. I got these extensions to blend in more with my natural hair while it grows out, and when I tell you they match PERFECTLY to my roots and platinum they truly do (I do use purple shampoo to cool down the tone in my hair because I like a more icy look). I am truly blown away at the quality of these extensions and how soft they are and just how overall nice they are and look. 100% would recommend these to anyone that was looking to get tape in extensions at a reasonable price. I have had many different brands of tape ins before and these are by far my favorite. As far as length they are exactly what they say they are not too short or longer than expected. The extensions so curl very easily and are easy to style in general. Depending on how many you get the weight of them aren’t bad at all I have 60 pieces (30 sandwiches) and even tho it is A LOT of hair they still don’t give me a headache which is very nice.

Update: customer service reached out right away to help make my experience better! They have offered to send me their updated quality products at NO COST to me. They also gave me the option of tape in or clip in, and I have chose the clip ins! I’m so excited to try them as I LOVED the color and length and have had great luck with clip ins in the past! They also offered to send a bottle of conditioner also NO COST to me to help avoid any dryness I experienced before! Best customer service at any company I’ve experienced! Color and length is beautiful (I did either the 18” or 20” and ordered 2 sets, my hair is thin and shoulder length so it didn’t even take all of them to fill my hair). Picture two was after installation, pretty easy to do, watched a YouTube tutorial on best application for thinner hair to help blend and hide the tape ins. LOVED IT at first! Waited about three days before a wash, did minimal wash. Conditioned with high end conditioner at only the ends to try and eliminate slipping. I also have redken oil to help with keeping the moisture that was recommended by my hairstylist when I used to have sew in bead extensions and has always worked wonderfully. I also have a high-end hairbrush, made specifically to help with hair extensions and carefully go through tangles without pulling Also recommended by my hairstylist when I was getting my extensions professionally done. Truly, I like the way these tape look better than I ever lied to my professional Hair Extensions, But I lost some of the Hair Extensions, And most of the others slipped down. To try to help with the moisture, I did use my blow dryer with low heat to dry the roots and help prevent any more slippage…. That seemed to stop any more from slipping or falling out. Once hair was dried, I went to style for the first time, And was almost afraid to do so, because once my extensions were dry, the hair was extremely coarse and rough, Even though I have hair products, it did have kind of an off smell to the extensions… I tried to style anyways Using the hair oil that I have to help with moisture…. But as you can see in the picture above, the hair is rough and course and just does not look the same at all. I would totally give a five star at the time, but they are just not the same once you have to go and wash and style even waiting The recommend time. Kinda a bummer.

Very displeased with this product. Upon opening the package I was excited because the hair looked beautiful, it had a shine and felt smooth. I brought them into my hair dresser to install and within one day 1/4 of the extensions fell out. Within 4 days all of the extensions had fallen from my head. I have worn extensions for 10 years and am very aware of aftercare and how to maintain them. This was a first experience for me. And to my surprise none of the tape from the extensions had been stuck in my head. It flawlessly was still attached to the extension. While this might sound like a good thing for your hair, it means that the extensions were not tacky enough to stick to hair. Panicked I had to reschedule with my hair dresser begging her to squeeze me in before work. Thankfully she was able to and she decided to remove the original tape and use the tape she uses. Thank god as now I have a full head of hair again. In addition to the issue with retention, the hair itself is poor quality. While it is the right shine and perfect weight/thickness it knots like nothing I have seen before and without careful attention develops large locks or Matt’s that are difficult to detangle. Unfortunately I have had to cut knots out but occasionally my real hair also pays a sacrifice. I would not recommend this product to others.
