Update: Customer service reached out and are trying to make this right. I’m hoping maybe I just got a bad batch the first time. Will update again once I know for sure. This hair was nice when first installed but within a month, it became very tangled and icky feeling. I’m not convinced it’s 100% real human hair, although I have been able to use heat (300 degrees) on it with no problem. It just feels dirty all the time and needs to be brushed constantly….and sheds a lot when brushing! Photo is when it was first installed. The color was perfect! It’s ok for a very temporary use, but I am going back to high quality hair that lasts about a year.

Had an issue with the coloring of 1 of the 2 wefts, left a review, of I believe, 3 stars as I am happy with the 1 weft, hair is great. LaaVoo reached out to me within a few hours, asked what was wrong & asked for pictures. They are replacing the weft at no charge. The CS rep is the sweetest! Falsely advertising hair as 100% human when it’s not is deeply unethical. It undermines trust and misleads consumers who rely on accurate product descriptions. Beyond the ethical concerns, using non-human hair in extensions or wigs can have serious consequences for natural hair. Synthetic or mixed-material hair products can’t handle heat styling like human hair, leading to damage or even melting under high temperatures. This can result in irreparable harm to natural hair when styling tools are applied without knowing the true composition of the extensions or wigs. Furthermore, synthetic or mixed-material hair lacks the natural texture and movement of real human hair, which can make styling challenging and often disappointing for consumers who expect a certain quality. Beyond just the monetary loss, the damage to one’s natural hair and the frustration of dealing with misrepresented products can have significant emotional and psychological impacts. Manufacturers and retailers have a responsibility to provide accurate information about their products to protect consumers and uphold ethical standards in the industry. I’m telling you all of this because clearly the seller is unaware. Will be looking for money back given the irreparable damage and could not be more frustrated. The second you put an iron on this hair it’s obvious it isn’t real and now it’s sewed into my head for 500.

Very easy to use, however the bead fell off when I closed it. It made the gap too large for me to use it. I bought 2 so I still had a good one but I wasn’t able to accomplish the length I wanted with just one pack. I was very disappointed because the hair feels amazing.

I have gotten hair from this company before but it was my first timing trying their beaded weft hair extensions. Horrible! Probably the worse hair i have ever used. It’s pretty and silky when first installed but after a week it’s ratty, can’t get your fingers through the mid shaft, don’t waste your money. It probably wasn’t even a full week before it showed its true quality. Waiting to see how they will fix this but of course it’s past the refund time!
