Okay, I am in love. I’ve been growing out a buzzcut some August and went to a wedding in April and was unhappy with my grown out length. The installation was so easy once I got the hang of it, I had zero issues with any tracks falling out, and have had minimal tangling. I even went into the ocean in Costa Rica (drunk), submerged my entire head and went to sleep with my sea salt soaked hair and was able to brush through it the next morning with no issues. Ok, so I’m new to this extension thing. But I have to say, these are amazing! They are the 14” 1-27 #4/4/18. The quality of the hair is perfect for the price - color matched my natural color and blended right in to my own hair. The picture I took is after washing/conditioning 48 hours after installation (my daughter put them in for me-I made a mess trying to do it myself). I also used a heatless curling wrap overnight. Very pleased with my order and will definitely order in the future-longer ones next time. Didn’t want to get too crazy for my first time. 10:10 for these extensions from Laa Voo!

I purchased both the 16 and 18 inch tape ins. The hair is super soft and the color match is almost perfect! They do tend to get a bit tangled after several washes, but nothing a deep conditioning treatment can't fix. Will purchase again.

The media could not be loaded. This was my first time having extensions in 5 years. The only other time I’ve had extensions was for a photoshoot I did in Vegas and I bought the “halo” extensions. I didn’t really like the halo because I couldn’t put my hair in a ponytail, I was afraid it was gonna fall off, and it was HEAVY so the wire hurt my head sometimes. (I paid almost $600 for the halo extensions so no it wasn’t bad quality, it just wasn’t my thing). FAST FORWARD to 2022 and I discovered tape ins… after giving myself a chemical haircut from bleach and too many protein treatments, half of my hair length snapped off so I decided to chop it all off. I HATE SHORT HAIR. But I loved to be blonde — so that isn’t a good mix. Anyways, I was scared to order these and put them in because I didn’t want to lose anymore hair and people say they’re damaging etc. but I took a chance and installed them with the help of my sister (she’s a hair stylist). The Positive: 1. Easy & quick to install. 2. The tape isn’t bad quality and none of mine fell out. (I even used conditioner on them when I washed them bc my hair is SO DRY and damaged I have to condition my entire head) 3. They DID slip down a little bit, but that’s my fault for using conditioner on them. 4. They are THICK from the top all the way to the bottom (at first anyways) 5. Taking them out is EASY! The tape is extremely easy to remove if you use the right stuff. Don’t use alcohol — use an oil. (I used a cheap tape in remover from my local beauty supply store + some almond oil) Oil works way better than alcohol. The Negative: 1. The color was weird, the brown root was a light brown but had a green ashy tint, and the blonde was like a peach colored strawberry blonde. It wasn’t ugly but it wasn’t great. 2. The size of the weft/tape tab is bigger than other brands. This could be a good thing for someone else but personally I like skinnier tapes. 3. After I washed them (I use Matrix Length Goals shampoo & conditioner made specifically for extensions) they weren’t silky and smooth anymore. They weren’t horrible but they definitely ARE NOT REMY HAIR! They get tangled easily. 4. After using LOW HEAT (275° F) with a salon quality heat protectant (Redken Smooth Down serum before blow drying + Matrix Mega Sleek spray before straightening/curling) they were fine the first time…. But the second and third time I tried to curl them, they didn’t really hold a curl anymore. I would say these are ok if you don’t plan on manipulating them often. They are not Remy hair and they ended up getting extremely tangled to the point of almost being matted (mostly in the back of my head). BUT I contacted them on Instagram and they literally refunded me my money without hesitation and were extraordinarily nice about it too. So, all in all, I love this company & for the price the hair isn’t that bad. Just not Remy hair, so don’t treat it like it is.

This company really helped me figure out what the problem could be and I am so pleased with the outcome and customer service! I don’t think I’ve had such great customer service before in my life honestly! The company fixed everything with the product and now I am super happy! I want so badly to give these 5 stars because I LOVED them right away but they don’t last. I have had tape in and I-tip extensions professionally done 5 times in my life. Now that I’m older and no longer work in a salon/can’t utilize an employee discount I can’t justify how expensive they are so I wanted to do them myself. I did so much research and landed on these because the reviews seemed positive and if they weren’t, customer service was said to be amazing. First off the positives: 1). the hair was gorgeous and matched perfectly to mine other than the slightly green ashy tone at the roots but that can be color corrected or hidden so I didn’t really care. 2) so easy to put in! Watch a few YouTube or TikTok videos and you’ll be able to replicate the process. For hard to reach places I just had my husband help me out. 3) I ordered 12”, 16” and 20” to give me built in layers then thinned them out and layered a bit myself to look more natural. They turned out great. Photo 1 is the first day. I waited 48 hours and then washed them with sulfate free shampoo. Within minutes an entire pack was laying on my vanity. See picture 2 and 3. All of the tape separated and fell out so I had to retape with the replacements they sent within 1 day. The hair definitely changed in texture and became much more difficult to manage even though I used professional heat protectant and products which is worrying me for future washes. I reached out to customer service and they were very kind, however, they were only going to send 1 replacement pack. I need 3 to replace the originals that fell out and now are unruly in texture. Also they wanted more information from me in order to process my request. I have never experienced that on Amazon so maybe I am just green to the process but in todays world it felt odd that they’d need all of my personal information again in “photo form” in order to resend me new hair. All in all I probably won’t order again but it was great while it lasted. I’d recommend ordering hair you know is truly Remy hair if you are going to style it everyday and get different tape. This is just not going to stay in if you wash your hair every other day or every few days.
