UPDATE—Seller researched the order and said they were in error and made it right. Expecting the missing pendant on Tuesday. Fingers crossed it is as pretty as the other one I received! I ordered 2 of the 1/2 ct pendants for my twin daughters for their 21st birthday. My package arrived today and there was only 1 pendant and packing slip shows 2. I can’t get ahold of the seller directly, have to go through Amazon to get in touch with them. The one I received is beautiful; chain was knotted as other reviews have mentioned but it took a few minutes and was able to untangle the chain. Purchased as a gift for my wife, certajnly very well made, good setting and a nice cut. Sadly on opening it the diamond was not the colour advertised. It was promptly returned and my money refunded to me. It seems to be a common issue .
