  • Pros and cons - UPDATED
Color: Black Size: 34W x 36L
Pros- lots of pockets and hooks to hold things. Cons- These pants are too small and too tight. They are a lot like my 511 pants so I ordered them but I cant even wear them as they are too tight. UPDATE - SELLER WILL NOT REPLY TO MY ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THEMABOUT RETURN

  • Highly recommend/ awesome customer service
Color: Charcoal Size: 36W x 34L
Very rarely do I write reviews so when I do, it's worth your time taking my opinion in consideration. I'll go with the negative first. The waist is smaller than expected. I typically wear a 36 in waist. I work in hot conditions and have been losing size in my midsection. So all my 36's have been getting much looser. When I got these, they were fairly tight but manageable. I could have gone with a size bigger comfortably. But as the summer goes on, I'm sure they will loosen up. The other issue was the amount of time for delivery. The item was shipped at normal rate of time but took almost 10 days to get. But this may not necessarily be at fault of the company since there was a 3 day span where no updates were made during shipping. These are minor issues at I still feel it's worth at least 4 stars. Positives: As of now, they seem really durable for the price. While I would love to buy 5.11 tac-lite pants, 3 pairs was a little much for my budget. But the way they feel are almost at comfortable. Being I work in high heat, I love how lightweight and breathable they are. And the small front pockets are a plus for me so I can have my knife clipped there for easier access. And lastly, I emailed the company halfway during the delivery because I didn't know if the package had gotten lost. They responded within 2 hours which was great. They told me to contact them the next day if I didn't receive them and they would ship out a new pair. I still waited a couple days so I wouldn't rip off the company. But I finally did get them. But customer service was great to deal with. ... show more

  • Almost perfect.
Color: Sierra Size: 38W x 34L
These pants are great. The LAPG stuff seems really good quality, and the fit and cut are perfect. They are a good weight, not too light, not too heavy. My only gripe with these is that the elastic waist seems to have larger pleats and goes around the sides and back of the pants. If you wear your shirt out, and are doing any moderate exertion, a little sweat and the elastic waistband becomes abrasive and uncomfortable. I also ordered a couple of pairs of the "Urban Ops Tactical Pants" from LAPG, and they seem much better. But all round, I am totally sold on the LAPG products! ... show more

  • Best Cargo Pants I Have Found
Color: Black Size: 34W x 30L
I carry a lot of stuff at work. Two phones, smokes, lighter, knife, walkie-talkie, permanent marker. These pants are the best ones I have found so far. My Pixel 2 XL fits perfectly in either of the two front horizontal pockets. My small on-call work phone fits with room to spare. The normal left and right pockets both have extra material to protect the pants from my knife clip and my waklie clip. The side cargo pockets have velcro fasteners and are large enough that my hands(larger than normal) fit easily into them. There are little plastic strap things that hang from the front waist and inside the cargo pockets. I have no idea what they are for, but I am sure someone has a use for them. The pants have strings on the cuffs if you want to narrow the legs. I took mine out because I like the width of the pant legs. Still, if you want form fitting cuffs, you have that option. The material is rip-stop and lightweight. The stitching is solid. The waist size and leg length is exactly what I ordered. Overall, these pants are high-quality with a great attention to small details. I AM BUYING ANOTHER PAIR IMMEDIATELY. P.S. My girl thinks I should buy two more. But, really. I just need an extra pair for when one is in the wash..... Am I right? ... show more

  • The quality is bad
Color: Black Size: 46
LA police had been the exclusive supplier to cover my bottom. I ordered this pair of pants to find that the legs were un-hemmed. and really long, like another 12" to long. Some where around 48 inches in length. The waist however was smaller than an the current set I have by about two inches, despite me ordering a size 2 inches larger. After wearing these thing for a few weeks, I noticed the pair of pants were really tight in the crouch, smashed the junk and would rub a rash. I went back to my old sets and the problem went away. This think literally chaffs your willy. The quality has gone from this product, It so far down hill that it resembles cheap fabric. I do not recommend and no long recommend the LA pants. ... show more

  • BEWARE
Color: Black Size: 40W x 34L
I'm always wary and hesitant when it comes to buying clothing online because fit is so subjective, and sizes and cut aren't always consistent between brands. However, I decided to take a chance on these pants and ordered two pairs in the size I wear for any other pants. When they arrived, unfortunately I discovered they don't fit me well. As some of the other reviews have mentioned, they seem to be cut a little small in the waist and hips. If I had been able to try them on in a store, I would not have bought them in this size even though it is my typical size. I decided that I don't want to reorder a bigger size especially once again without trying them on first, because I don't want them to be too baggy in the legs. Here's the problem - except in instances of seller error or product defect, return postage is at the expense of the buyer. After printing out the return label, repackaging them, and standing in line at the post office, I found out the cheapest postage to return those two pairs of pants from the Midwest (USPS) is $19.00, or about 40% of the value of the entire order. It's an expensive reminder of why it's risky to buy clothes sight-unseen. Be very careful of what size you order, be aware that they still might not fit right, the return postage will be on you, and it isn't cheap. ... show more
