This olive oil is fantastic. It's now the only one I will buy when I need an all-purpose flavorful olive oil. Sure, I'll still use my expensive $30 for a small bottle olive oils that I get from a local importer but this stuff is very very flavorful and you get a lot of it for not a lot of money. I use this for everything other than when I need a neutral flavor oil. I love making vinaigrette dressings with it or just tossing some pasta in it with some roasted garlic and lemon.
