This desk was easy to put together. The book recommends 2 people but I did it alone and no trouble. Easily written directions with pictures for set up either left or right for your L shape. Would be nice if this was offered in a laminate top but I bought clear vinyl to protect the top. It seems to be made of wood. There is also plenty of leg room. I would recommend this desk.

I actually enjoyed putting this one together it was quite easy and I found because it’s a metal frame not only did nothing want to strip out but it held together much sturdier that wooden furniture I’ve put together. The drawers aren’t as high of quality as the rest but are very acceptable given the great price. I wish more things I put together were like this one.

I ordered this desk because I needed a little office space in my room. I think it looks so cute and makes my room not look too crammed with an office space and everything else.. when I first got the desk I was skeptical because I didn’t realize the drawers were cloth drawers but honestly, I love them because they have so much room and are deep and well-made. I downgraded size desk so that takes time to get used to but it works great. I’d def use a drill gun bc it takes time to put it all together. Other than that it’s a great desk. Directions were easy and can be either left or right on L shape.
