This is my go-to moisturizer when my skin starts feeling a little dry during the winter. It has a nice creamy consistency that gives my skin the extra moisture it needs without feeling overly thick or greasy like Vaseline. I’ve been using the L’Oréal Paris Collagen Daily Face Moisturizer for a few weeks now, and am surprised how much I like it. The first thing I noticed is how soft it makes my skin feel almost immediately. It’s a thicker cream, but it doesn’t sit heavy or greasy, or have any scent at all. I use it in the morning under makeup without any issues, and at night it feels really comforting, especially if my skin is dry which is all the time! As far as the “collagen” and wrinkle claims go, I wouldn’t say it’s a miracle product. It’s not going to erase lines, but I have noticed my skin looks a bit smoother and more plump, which makes my fine lines way less obvious. I think that’s mostly from how hydrating it is. Also, if you’re expecting serious anti-aging results, this probably isn’t enough on its own. I use it over two serums and with tret. You’d also still want sunscreen before going out. Overall, I’d describe it as a really solid, no-nonsense moisturizer. It’s affordable, reliable, and makes your skin feel good.
